THE worst customer service ever experienced in my life, I left a google review and no one got back to me but I will leave a yelp also as well as try and reach a general manager and district manager. If this place got awards for terrible customer service they would be number one on earth. I just came in there today less than 10 Minutes ago 7:16pm-7:20pm 6/ 23/26. I got eight dollars worth of gas and all I had was a $50 bill and when I gave the cashier the 50 dollar bill he sighed as if I did something wrong or like I stole something from him and when I asked him is there a problem he just stayed quiet stonewalling me like I'm not there. I don't usually like leaving negative reviews because I come there so often I'm not gonna stay quiet and be made uncomfortable for paying with a $50 bill, no can't do. His name was Jaquan M and wear glasses , 0/10 service shit service actually. Y'all do better. And when I called to speak to the manager someone named "Jay" most likely the Jaquan dude was reluctant to give info. Told me a manager named Aaron would be there the next day and their general manager Latonda will not be back until two weeks because she is on vacation. Wednesday March 5th at 6:50 p.m. #775 105. Ernest Barrett parkway Kennesaw Georgia 30144 I just left the women's restroom. Deplorable piss is on the floor and a leaking pipe but when I went and told the tall brown sister and the little Mexican manager that it was a situation in the bathroom with piss all over the floor and the pipe leaking. Don't tell me you didn't see that you had heard about this situation in the bathroom you got to walk in piss around the toilets to pee I had to pee really bad and that's the only reason I came and used his bathroom I know him don't use them. But the part I can't understand is I told those ladies and I as I walk out the door they laughed at me like we ain't doing s*** but the brown skin lady got a broom and a f****** mop in her hand and she ain't doing s*** with it but dancing with it. And the manager go right along with her Latin ass laughing too that's a business I don't care how you how you use it or abuse it you got people coming in and out this store every 30 seconds purchasing and needed to use the facilities but you stand up that laughing like it's a joke I know you got to go pee you got to go in that same bathroom cuz it ain't but one so you tell me you walked in that PP today since you been on your shift all day and hadn't got it up it's still in the floor and guess what Ricky like a chicken coop and a horse's been I had to step in that piss to use the toilet you also just put a sign up piss on the floor we're not getting it up right now we going to wait till the end of our shift cuz we don't want to do any what you might just call this a horse's man instead of QuikTrip because this is not the first time it's been reaching with piss and nasty don't get me wrong it's some nasty people go in there they don't care but you supposed to keep a watch you're supposed to keep a log of when you cleaned it up the last time cuz I don't see that in there nothing's on the wall but a little piece of paper in a little holder for complaints. Don't call me or email me or however I hope it's don't email me telling you sorry I don't care I know you sorry cuz you ain't doing s*** in the bathroom that's unhealthy and disgusting you knew about this other people have said they reported it but piss still in the floor with tissue if a pipe was busted it should have ran all the way to the front desk and Florida Georgia people only it gets reported with other people reported online I love you cuz you can't erase this year cuz it's real. After I get in my car then the black lady comes out of the back door where they bring in all the goods from the big tractor trailer and stands there and look around guess you looking for me see if I'm going to report that yes I'm reporting her right now. It's not serious to you serious to me I have to walk in that place with my shoes on come to my car and disinfect my bottom of my shoes cuz I didn't want to put piss in my car. Yes on the same lady that told them the same thing I'm telling you they did nothing they'll clean it up tonight at the end of this year cuz they don't want to clean the bathroom up twice those duties are for everybody that work there. They try to put it off on the younger kids center to clean up the toilet and bathrooms everybody get a turn at QuikTrip I know I've read it before. Discussing and unsanitary and for y'all to laugh I should have took a picture of their asses. Went to the QT yesterday and encountered the worst attitude ever by an employee! Zero customer service skills

QuikTrip is my favorite gas station chain in Georgia and South Carolina. Most, if not all, of the stores are clean and brightly lit, open 24/7, and offer the lowest gas prices around plus decent food and drink (for a convenience store) and free air for your tires. This QT, store #775, is located on Barrett Parkway in north Marietta, Cobb County. It's located just off I-575 exit 1 next door to Cheeseburger Bobby's. This is a fairly large station (not as big as the newest QTs or the ones in South Carolina though) with 20 pumps. I used pump #2 and it was in good working condition including the keypad (Robin S). This QT, like many other locations, is located at an intersection with a light, so it's safe and easy to turn back out onto the street when you leave. In conclusion, I think this is a good gas station. read more

I don't normally review gas stations, but I will here just in case the owner is looking. It's a fine station - clean, good QT gas, nice convenience store. What I've come to expect from QT. But the pumps - at least the ones I've used - have a horrible keypad interface. And they're fairly new. Some of the numbers don't work unless you press really hard; there's a small delay so I have ended up pushing the number twice because I didn't think it took the first time; the beeper is very quiet, hard to hear. I have a fairly long debit card passcode (you all should!), so getting through all the numbers without the keypad screwing up is, well, let's just say it hasn't happened yet. I end up canceling and using a credit card. There it only asks for a five digit zip code and the numbers are displayed. So, great gas station but fix the damn keypads! read more

I have never been to a terrible QuikTrip. However this is the one I frequent the most. The staff is very friendly, bathrooms are always clean, parking lot is always clean and I love the adequate lighting. There is a variety of snacks and great things to eat for lunch. Have you ever tried the lunch combo? A turkey sandwich, chips and a free drink for $5.00? The sandwich is well dressed with lettuce, swiss cheese, tomato and turkey on cranberry wheat bread. I've been coming to this QT for years. Always left a happy customer. It's located off of Barrett across the street from the Barnes and Noble. It's a super busy location but the people that work here are terrific. Always upbeat and they keep the coffee bar flowing with the good stuff....This store like most of the QT now have those ready made kitchens where you can order pizzas, sandwiches and pretzels. I've only had their pizza so far and I think it's a 3 star. As far as gas station pizza goes...Race Trac has the better pizza. But I'm not complaining too much. I only paid $1.00 for it. Like Race Trac-QT is also running the buy a med. fountain drink and get a slice of pizza for $1.00 promotion.
