The customer service is very nonexistent…read more I had pre-ordered some balloons and when I arrived, I decided that I wanted to add some to bulk the bunch up a bit so I asked if they had any specialty balloons that say thank you or I appreciate you or something along those lines. Initially, we tried a pre-made ribbon skirt kit. Later, we chose from the plethora of Indigenous sourced designs as well as all of the necessary finishing aspects (such as ribbon, thread, elastic band, and bias tape).
