Yes, the fabrics are expensive. That's because this is where you go to buy expensive fabric. The signage is excellent, and they have a sale section in the very back with tonnes of choices! I was able to buy fabric for my project for just a few dollars. They have a lot of notions that were all priced very reasonably. It was clean, there was no foul smell (which can not be said of most fabric stores) and the staff were perfectly polite and helpful. If you're looking to save, take advantage of seasonal sales! I hope this review encourages you to give it a try. They have upholstery, quilting, and garment fabrics. Very diverse stock! Side note, but there is lots of good parking here too!
