Save yourself the spike in blood pressure and do your shipping or notary services elsewhere. The…read morelady that works there is fantastic but the manager, the hulking Temu Santa Claus is a complete prick. To the point of unprofessionalism. I went and got a car loan notarized and accidentally left my drivers license there. I came in and waited behind two people and a third came later. Both clerks were tied up and the third guy had to print so he went and got on the customer computer. He wanted to get the documents ready while the other folks were helped. Santa aggressively, from across the room, called "Sir, can I help you? That's not just a free computer for anyone to walk in to use!" The customer tried to explain that he needed to print documents and he goes, "Well you need to wait and I will be over there to walk through and help you!" Keep in mind this is in the same aggressive tone. Eventually, I got up to the counter and said, "Yeah, hi. I was just here last week and left my drivers license here and just need to pick it up." He goes, "But I don't know who you are." This was quite confusing to me. I again explained, obviously confused, that I came in to get a car loan signed and just came today to get my drivers license. He then becomes just as aggressive as he was to the other man, which only compounded my confusion and says "I don't know you! Who are you?!?" I said "I understand that, sir, but who I am is on my license." He once again, getting even more aggressive, at this point leaning over the counter to get closer to my face, "WHO ARE YOU? We have people leave licenses all the time, you can't expect me to know who you are just walking in here." It was at this point, trying to not only understand why this man is yelling at me asking me who I am clearly knowing my photo would be on the ID he's fully aware that he has AND trying to restrain my own temper, that it finally clicked and I showed a VA ID with my legal name on it. This man acted like he had a damn binder of drivers licenses sitting in his ups store drawer and would not have been able to glance at the photos on them and know which was mine immediately. He says " THANK you!" in mock relief. I told him, "Thank you, but if you had just asked to see another ID instead of screaming 'WHO ARE YOU' in my face over and over it would have been a much more direct way of getting what you needed." He did not respond. Dude. Maybe I was slow and should have understood what was being asked and he didn't understand why I wasn't understanding him. -But the answer to someone not understanding the question being asked isn't barking the exact same question it in their face over and over, becoming more aggressive and frustrated each time. I knew he had the ID that would tell him exactly who I was in a drawer. You also can't tell me that he has such a large number of other people's government ID cards that he couldn't just open the drawer and look at them to answer himself. It would have been as simple as "Do you have any other type of ID I could see?" or "What is your name?" You just need to reframe the question instead of getting shitty with someone caught off guard because they know you have the answer readily available, he just wanted it fed to him first because he's a prick. He also is quite clearly used to intimidating people with his voice and size because he had no qualms leaning forward and getting in my face as he gets frustrated and likely isn't used / doesn't like people talking back to him or implying he was wrong about a situation. God only knows how he treats his poor coworker given she's a tiny woman and I have never seen anyone but those two operate in the store. The man clearly needs to learn how to manage his anger and if he acts like this in every encounter that doesn't go the way he expects he shouldn't be in customer service at all. Go retire. While I got my point across, I felt like I was more professional than he was and I had every right to call him out for being an ass, but I didn't. However, I will certainly do it here to keep others from having to deal with this ass. He's also the apparent manager, so I would have to figure out who the owner is to actually pass it up the chain where it needs to be sent. Hopefully they see this and start keeping an eye on the situation. There's also another layer which I suspect is another reason he acted this way. My drivers license has my legal name and identifies me as an FTM trans person. I suspect he wanted me to say my legal name out loud thereby forcing me to out myself in front of the other customers who were waiting, in an attempt to humiliate me in front of the audience he was drawing by getting aggressive. I did not take the bait if that was what he was trying to do. I have no proof that's what he was doing, but he seems the type and it makes me wonder if that was part of it. Real positive experience waiting for people at this store.

I'm great with visualizing what I want. The lovely folks at QP somehow manage, with their efficiency, knowledge, and I'm going to go out on a limb here: a little bit of mind-reading to get me exactly what I need. Not only do they do that voodoo they do so well, they do it in a timely manner -- in fact, I have never spent a moment waiting on them to finish an order. Most often, they're ready for me with hours to spare, and it's always exactly what I had in mind, along with an incredible price tag to match. The fact that they are locally owned? Superstar bonus. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all your printing needs.

Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.
