We normally don't do that but we figured it was a quick exchange and we'd be out the door quickly. I was in awe to see how huge the store and the selection of merchandise! If you compare it to Cavender's in Pasadena I definitely wouldn't go back. Boot Barn has a Carhartt section, plethora of boots, hats, clothing and more! Ignacio greeted us as soon as he saw us and immediately offered help. He was very assisting and even went to the back stockroom to check for us. If you're looking for a variety of rodeo Western clothing, Boot Barn is worth checking out.

She walked the aisles with me helping me to find the perfect boot. once i found the boot that i liked, they didn't have it in my size, so Rose looked high and low, even checked the backroom if they had any, after no success, she got on two different phones and called two different other locations to see if they had my size, one location on the other side of town had a step up, so Rose asked them to hold on to them till the end of the day. Then Rose mentioned to me, that she wanted to check one other area in her store, and she found them for me, she took a lot of time in making an effort to find exactly what I wanted, and in the end it was a success. I had been back to Soma in Kingwood since my last review in August of 2024 but I knew it was time to be fitted again. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah, a very sweet and extremely patient young lady. She measured me and helped me find two perfectly fitting bras. She checked my fit and we agreed on which bras looked and felt the best. I sent her on several trips to the back to find different styles in my size. She always returned with my requests. Soma is a bit more expensive that going to Wally World or shopping online BUT you are guessing your size and the quality is lacking. The bras I bought at Soma in the past are still in great shape after two years of wear and washings. It's true that you get what you pay for. Hasta allí todo bien, eso fue el 5 de Mayo. Hoy aproveché para pasar a la misma tienda en The Woodlands, Texas, y al pedirle a la manager ayuda, pues el reembolso sigue pendiente y no se libera. Le expliqué mi situación y atrevidamente sugirió que eso ellas no pueden hacer cobros así, dando a entender que yo estaba mintiendo. Fue muy vergonzoso pues había gente comprando; le expliqué de manera clara lo sucedido y solo me decía que en servicio al cliente podían hacer algo para ayudarme. Su actitud no era amable ni comprensiva, era cortante y autoritaria. Le expliqué que si me hubieran explicado que yo tenía que hacer algo extra para reembolsarme, lo hubiese entendido, pero que el error era de la chica y no mío. Todos cometemos errores, pero la manera de reparar puede ser más amistosa, pudo haber tenido más empatía y lo hubiese dejado allí, no estaría haciendo este comentario que me parece importante. I actually had perused some pairs for purchase through the app, but one of the pairs of shoes wasnt available for pick up (for free)--only available online. Since I hadnt purchased enough merchandise to get the free home shipping, I would be paying for the delivery. Umm. No. Sought option 2: see if the shoes are in store for purchase. Came to this Famous Footwear since I was in the area. It may have been my 2nd time visiting. There was hardly any foot traffic in the store, which suits me just fine. I was greeted upon entering, checked on while I shopped to help me find my intended purpose of purchase, in which was shared to me that I could order any shoe and have it delivered to my home for free. I explained that I attempted to do this through the app, but it was later explained to me that there are no delivery charges, regardless of your transaction amount, when you order through the store. Nice! I was at least able to find one pair I had already identified for purchase previously in store. I tried to see if another pair in store could compliment my needs, but it didnt happen. Decided to take a chance on the pair that iniitially caused the delivery dilemma and see how they work out once they arrive. The online ordering with the store was very smooth. They inputted my shipping info and telephone number and I was able to verify the info before it was finalized. Additionally, I was able to stack coupons for the transaction. Not only did I get the BOGO, but had earned a $5 off coupon and was able to utilize the BOGO + 15% offerred at the time. Can you say score?! One pair by themselves were $40 regular price. I ended up only paying $45 for BOTH pairs! Plus I was able to take the pair that were in the store. I was sent my tracking info for the order a few days later to see when the order will arrive. From someone who hates shoe shopping, Famous Footwear has definelty softened my stance on this statement. In fact I think Im becoming a shoe junkie because have several boxes of unworn shoes under the bed right now! A girl has to keep her shoes game tight, right? And if you like to do so while saving a few dollars, then Famous Footwear is the place to go!

It works pretty well and it's not too horribly expensive either. Barbie likes most of the stores at this mall, especially considering that they all offer slightly discounted products and what not.
