As a superstore there is a vast range of pet foods, Life stage Nutrition, pet toys, cages, bedding and accessories. We shop in Jollyes regularly since we brought our 'Mr Buttons', a daft black Labrador. We visited the store with the children for advice on nutrition, feeding and treats (children wanted to feed it everything they ate..). The staff were so helpful even though we didn't buy anything the first time. For us we were shown the option of frozen fresh foods or for a balanced diet with little fuss the dried food variety that was also ideal for use with training. Best pet supplies shop in Selby without a doubt!

The last one in the country apparently, so off down to another retailer which had nothing but small plastic. Then to Jolley's, where we have been going for years, but not for fish tanks. We were helped from the moment we got into store to the moment we left by very friendly and obliging staff, who took time and trouble to find us what we wanted, and get it into our car. The cats are checked over by a vet and treated for any health problems, vaccinated, neutered and micro-chipped, and if you have any questions or need any advice there is always someone at the end of a phone to help you. I have been dealing with them for about 8 years now and would recommend anyone seeking a cat to visit the centre, where you will find a cat who is seeking you!

As soon as we saw Steve we knew he was the one, he'd already made a huge impression on the staff in his time there by virtue of his mega meowy awesomeness and they still ask how he's doing every time we pop in. Great shop, great staff, happy and well cared for animals and an excellent example of how to do things right in a tricky and often poorly delivered industry. I love pet stores that actually have animals inside for you to look at and paws for thought really do have a wicked reptile selection. I'm not a fan of them as they creep me out a lot but I kind of like looking. They provide care sheets for loads of different animals in store which is a really good service and all of the staff really know their stuff about how to look after the animals properly. As Susan's review said, they advise the RSPCA on exotic animals so they really do know their stuff.
