I found a couple framed pictures that I thought were unique, with pretty ornate frames in a gold style that I'd been wanting. There were also just cool pics that caught my eye. I wish I had more time to go more frequently to see what's new. The prices were good with the most pricey items being locally made candles but I still bought one to gift as a hostess gift over the holidays and recommend purchasing because they're in Mason jars, have fun names for the scents (something along the lines of Pumpkin Spice Slut, lol) and smell amazing!

I…read morewent in on January 6th and was having a few problems finding some of the things in their ad and the Manager Brandi sent Vikki over to help me. Vikki was GREAT! She helped me find 5 things that I was looking for, stayed right with me to help me. Brandi the Manager always greets me when I walk into the store with a big smile on her face and asks if I need any help. Wendi was my cashier and friendly and Chelsea went and looked up a product for me that I was questioning on price. Very friendly also. All the employees are always helpful and give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's why I shop that store. I travel about 30 miles one way just for that store. Please give recognition to these employees as a GREAT job!

I'm da kinda guy always likes a little ammo around. And yas know how hard it is to find nowadays doan cha? Once in da joint yas has ta find the counter where they sell it. We did that. There's some tall dark headed dame smil'in and bs'in with some other frail at the counter. We stands there, and stands there, and stands there. Looks like the dark haired might be sell'in a gat to the other one, but they who really knows. I know this, she acted like we were da invisible men. Finally I sez to da one gett'in paid to take care of Bi Mart customers, hey, could you get somebody back here to help us? She gets all rude and indignant and says well, what is it you need. I sez I need for you to pick up a couple boxes of that ammo on the other side of this counter and hand it to me so I can go buy it. She acts as though it's just kill'in her to do that. My pal is in my ear tell'in me to be kind, cause I doan feel very kind about then. We got what we came for and just lefted outta there. I wanted to stop and find the manager but my pallie just wanted to roll on down the road. We hit da bricks. Customer service is non existent in this particular Bi Mart store with this particular broad. That is NOT what I've come to expect from Bi Mart, most likely their sales folks are friendly and hard work'in.

I haven't had psychoactive mushrooms in over 40 years and asked the cashier if these were made from real mushrooms. I was told they were. On the drive home I mentioned it to my boyfriend, who said they likely weren't real. I called the store back and again was assured by a staff member that they were made from real psychoactive mushrooms. After looking into it further (including confirming Oregon law), I learned that real psilocybin mushrooms cannot legally be sold retail in Oregon, and the product label itself does not list psilocybin or any mushroom species. I returned to the store and requested a refund, explaining that I purchased the product based on incorrect information. The refund was refused. I also reached out to management and never received a response. This product was $35. I'm disappointed, not because of the product itself, but because it was sold to me under inaccurate information and the store would not make it right.

They have everything from furniture to household items, hunting gear, western apparel, purses, luggage ... a little of everything. Worth going and searching through to find a treasure.
