I'm not available means I'm busy and not available even with time frame being flexible. I am sure there is not a year of bend in that flexibility. So get over yourself Karen Please take it out on the website that said you were responding since 26 July, not the potential customer. If Yelp was helping your business, they would not have recommended you for a project you clearly could not do. OR you could have removed yourself from Yelp for the timeframe. I am going to put your response in the review because it is too funny. If you could not answer during regular business hours for an ENTIRE work week - then you clearly were not checking the website. "I'm busy" is not an adequate response when you are in a customer service business. If your line of work is businesses, then WHY did YELP recommend you for a kitchen and bathroom renovation? Don't be mad when you get called out, especially from a potential customer that you have no idea their community reach. You have no idea how flexible my time frame was, and even if it could wait until Spring 2025 you would never get my business because you are too self-absorbed to respond appropriately to your availability.
