After doing some research my team and I decided on emulsion and we were blown out of the park with the job they did! Dave was so helpful and responsive. he made sure to work with me on getting the design just right and out to me in a timely manner. He was always listening to my suggestions helped me make sure the design looked perfect. After receiving my shirts the quality and design looked better than I thought. When my team decided to add another product (hats with our logo embroidered) I sent an email to Dave and we had a proof within the day and they were ordered in the next few. Despite recent delays they arrived quickly and we were ready to sell. I am so happy with the experience with Emulsion and if you ever have an opportunity where you need to screen print you should choose them. They are super helpful, caring, and nice and put just as much hard work and effort into the product as you do. Thank you so much to Emulsion and especially Dave! You were so caring and helpful that I told my professor he should suggest you to everyone who has to take the course. If I ever need anything in the future I know who I am gonna use!

I…read moreunderstand that every business has policies regarding minimum orders and production timelines, but what I did not expect was the complete lack of customer service. The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect. If you're looking for custom apparel, I'd suggest finding virtually anyone else. Even an online ordering experience would have been more welcoming than what I received today.

It can take 3 weeks or months. The last one dragged on so long (over four months), that I finally had to reclaim my item un-embroidered. The lady who owns it seems really overloaded with work, which is great for her, but like a restaurant that tells you that you there will be an hour wait for a table, a business owner needs to give you a length of time so you can decide to go elsewhere if the wait is too much for you. The embroidery done here is good, so I would recommend this place only if you don't have any time limitations, although few people decide to have something embroidered when they don't need it!
