Was about to pull the trigger on a trailer from snapper but they told me they had a 2 month waiting period. Mike told me they manufacture their own trailers in house and that it would be ready in just a couple weeks ( price overall was maybe 400 more than snappers) IMO it's worth the speed up to getting a trailer. The ONLY thing I am not happy about is that when I received the trailer it was NOT manufactured by south star. The trailer was made by quality cargo. Since I was from 13 hours away in St. Louis, I asked for him to get me pictures of the progress of the trailer before I would book my trip. For 2 weeks Chad had one excuse after another why he couldn't get me the pictures. My completion date of 1/27/14 came and went. By that point, Chad started declining my calls and not returning my text messages. Finally got him to respond via facebook message and he swore he would have me a full refund that day. That was yesterday. I have since called my credit card company to get my money back and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I also spoke to the wholesaler that would sell to Chad. He explained Chad had been black listed. He can not order trailers because he wasn't turning in deposits nor was he picking up trailers. This gentleman explained that every order for eagle trailers (the manufacturer that elite was to use) came across his desk and that my order had never been placed.
