Boards started cracking. They kept sending out the installer to replace the cracked boards with leftover material we had from the original install. But it continued to happen. Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.

He had to make multiple phone calls to complete the transaction. Their prices were at least 40% higher than where we had purchased our tiles previously. Because we had already paid for the certificate from halfpricesalem.com, we went ahead and ordered anyway. After our transaction was completed, the guy said he had forgotten that there was a $75 delivery fee to Salem (the amount we were supposedly "saving" on our certificate). To avoid that fee, we had to drive up to NW Portland and pick up the tile ourselves from the manufacturer. I would definitely never do business with this company again. That impressed us. Erik's speciality is complex and artistic tile installations, but he treated our small job with great attention to detail making sure that the areas he needed to repair matched up with the rest of our existing shower.
