It was terrible and supper expensive. I'm not sure what else can be said other than it was quite the ride for a while I wasn't sure if we were taking a cab ride or a ride in a formula one race car. I've had some super early morning flights and the cab has always showed up a few minutes early every time and has gotten me to the airport promptly. I used to fly in and out of Champaign frequently, and so I used Fouad's services regularly. Fouad is extremely dependable - he'd always show up to get me a few minutes early (even when the pickup was at 5am), the van is well maintained, and I always felt safe. He's also incredibly kind, and, being away from my family, it was nice to see a familiar face whenever I landed. Most important, unlike some other taxi drivers, he has never once been late (and I've used him many times). These guys really care. Okay. So I called a cab at the last minute. They didn't know that I wasn't trying to make a flight, but assumed that I was. They arrived in record time and drove me super fast to the airport. After letting him know that I was picking up a car, he eased back and got me there in good time. The driver wanted to make sure that I was able to pick up my car and waited there until a service person arrived from the rental company to secure my transaction. I cannot praise R&H enough, especially Fouad! I tried to fly my mother out from Urbana to L.A. to get her out of the cold. But her plane was delayed twice, which was really hard for her as she is almost 80. When I finally got her on a good flight, Faroud treated her like she was his own mother. He helped her from the door to the cab, walked her to the gate and even checked flights and texted me updates. He is now our ONLY cab driver because guys like this just don't exist anymore. I'm an out of state student and frequently use the Willard airport to travel between campus and home, and I use R & H cab to get me to and from the airport. As a freshman I kind of just took any cab that was there at the airport, but after my first trip with R & H I have switched to only using them. He is prompt picking me up from my apartment (sends a text to let me know hes there) and as for pick up from the airport, he always beats the plane. Its good knowing when I land that my ride is there waiting for me! He is very courteous and I enjoy talking with him during the rides. Great taxi service, I highly recommend it! read more

I was visiting my parents here in town, and got a ride from this guy from my parents' house to the Illini Terminal. I found him on yelp, where I chose him semi-randomly after the first cab I'd picked said he needed a text message with my address (which he'd already verbally confirmed), and I didn't have a text-messaging phone. I didn't ask R&H's rates until he'd dropped me off, but it was 2$ less than the other cab had quoted to me over the phone, so that was a pleasant surprise. R&H (I can't remember his name, or what to call him) is super prompt (even at 5:15 am!) and easily reachable by phone to reassure family that he'd be on time :). There were a couple of inches of snow on the road (the reason I needed a cab in the first place) and he was an excellent and careful driver. Finally, he's just really nice. My cell phone was broken, and my parents called him after he'd dropped me off, in order to reach me, and he came back in to tell me. I know this kind of kindness is maybe more common in a town like C-U, but I still really appreciated this guy. I haven't written a yelp review in a while, but here I was moved to! If I find myself taking a cab again in Urbana, then this is without question my go-to guy. read more

Great serice. We had 6 people going 30 miles from urbana and back. R&H gave the best rate by far. The owner, Fuad, was on-time and very friendly. He dropped us off at a bar at midnight. My friend left his phone in his cab and Fuad was back in minutes to drop it off. He then picked us up at 2am and took us back to our hotel. Can't say enough about how great the service was. I've never ridden in one of their cabs and after today I never will. Today around 7:25AM I was driving to work and turned right heading east on University Avenue to head to work off of fourth street. The light was green and I had the right of way when one of R&Hs taxis cut me off going left. He swerved into his left lane avoiding me but then several times attempted to speed up almost rear ending a car in front and almost cutting into my lane. He is a poor driver and finally cut me off almost clipping the front of my car. He then sped up to 50MPH or more in a 35MPH street. I will never trust any friends or family to one so reckless. They should be upstanding drivers as there business relies on it and they have passenger who want them there safe. On top of it he thought I did something wrong and kept yelling through his window at me and when at a stop sign wad making treating gestures. I will never use them ever and people should think twice too. read more
