Instead of contacting me to verify anything, they made an incorrect assumption about where I was located and decided not to take the request. What is completely unacceptable is that they never bothered to tell me they weren't coming. No call, no text, no attempt to verify my location, and no notification that they had decided not to provide the service. They simply left me waiting. The only reason I found out they weren't coming was because I called them myself to follow up. Had I not called, I would have continued sitting there waiting for roadside assistance that was never going to arrive. If you cannot or do not want to take a roadside assistance request, fine! But at the very least, have the professionalism and basic courtesy to notify the person who is stranded and waiting for you. Making assumptions instead of verifying the information provided and then leaving a customer waiting without any communication is incredibly unprofessional. The…read moreday I took the car in it had to be towed and he didn't have any issues with that he took my car in and performed a diagnostics confirmed that it was my water pump that had to be replaced and then also made me aware that my thermostat housing was going to need to be replaced as well. He worked with me found me the part for a great deal I went to go pick it up brought it back and he had it installed very easily. Once both parts were in he verified that no more leaks were present he showed me he started the vehicle and cleared off my check engine light. I felt safe and confident that I left my car in the hands of a great honest hard working man like Cesar I'm happy that my car is up and running great again I will most definitely recommend his services to my close friends. During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.
