The chinese man there is rude asf. He was on the phn the entire time, didn't use common courtesy to ask if i needed any help. I needed a key made &he just snatched it to make a copy. No questions about price or nthn he was definitely in a rush &i was the only customer there so it was uncalled for. I figured he was having a ruff day so i asked how his day was &he said long day. I replied "i feel like im being rushed" he said "yes leave" &did a hand gesture indicating to leave. That pissed me tf off &i told him i was leaving a review about my experience. I wouldn't dare return there simply because the customer service sucks. Im in the healthcare field &patient/ customer satisfactory should always come 1st in any business.
