The service staff are friendly, the breakfast is so-so & the other amenities are pretty good. The problems were there as well. The front desk is ALWAYS busy, so be prepared to wait for up to 10 minutes if you want to ask questions etc. The WiFi is pretty dang slow, so it can be painful if you want to watch something on Netflix. The first night I stayed there, I had forgotten my phone in the truck, so I set the alarm on the clock in the room to wake me instead. Lo and behold, the power went off during the night and reset the clock, so I was late to work. I was told it's a regular occurrence that the power goes out. Lovely. Then why the hell don't you have a generator so there isn't a power interruption to those of us that depend on alarm clocks? If I had known this sooner, I would have asked for a wake-up call. The place is decent, but I don't like being tardy for my job.

Staying in hotels with work often you can really tell the places that pay attention to the details when it comes to cleaning. The beds are comfortable and the staff have always been top notch to me. Any hotel breakfast is what it is. I've enjoyed it every time I've stopped to eat in the morning. The location is great, staff and rooms are great. What more could you want?

The Ramada was our final hotel in a very long cross country move. The staff was amazing. They…read morehelped put us in adjoining rooms that were pet friendly. They were able to help us extend our stay when our moving truck was delayed, and went way above and beyond making sure we didn't have to change rooms due to the extended visit. They have been so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. Nice pool and work out room. I highly recommend the Wainwright Ramada!
