We drove through the other day for a Covid test. The girl who assisted us at the window was pretty…read morerude and really seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. She asked if we'd had a test before as she was sort of rolling her eyes and we replied that we were familiar with it. She waved her hand and said drive around, do the test and put it in the box that's out there somewhere. Somewhere? Really? We knew where the box was, but we were surprised at how abrupt she was and how unprofessional her instructions were. I can imagine how someone who was doing their first test would feel if they were unfamiliar with the process. It's not like we were holding her up. She is there to do a job. Based on her, I'd give one star and wouldn't recommend. I gave 3 stars for the staff that is clearly working hard during this pandemic. I didn't even mind the 40 minute wait. They are busy folks. I would give 5 stars, but out of 4 employees when we stopped in Wednesday for a booster shot appointment, only 1 was wearing her mask, and she even pulled her mask down to pop something in her mouth, which is fine since they don't have time to eat or break probably, but she didn't sanitize her hands. She continued working as if her hands were clean, touching bottles and meds people would be consuming. It's shocking that they wouldn't be wearing masks, given the nature of their business and with over 100 new cases of Covid daily in Duncan alone, according to our doctor's office. I would've thought they'd be more cautious. My shot was given without any issues. I didn't even feel it and I do appreciate that the staff is there for us.
