They have an adult pool, a lazy river, a bar, and even cabanas. The lazy river takes about 10-15 minutes to float free style around. They have speakers nestled in the middle section of the bush area so you can hear tunes. They actually play a nice mix of favorites for all. Towels are provided in the pool area. You can take two if needed. I highly recommend staying here just so you can use the pool.

We're told many stories (but never given a tracking number) including it's stuck at the port, through an error it got sent back, now it's hard to obtain, then nothing at all. All this is while contracted for weekly cleaning. We finally decide to just give up for more, since it's so hard to get, but he says the supplier won't give him the money back. We say we'll get an attorney to go after the supplier then, but he won't give us the info. I'm sure you can see where this story is going. He just starts ghosting us. We had our pool completed in 2023, and since then we've had ongoing issues that have only gotten…read moreworse over time. After spending over $91,000, this has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the workmanship. The coping was installed with chipped and cut edges facing the front where everything is visible. It looked unfinished and should have never been installed that way. They ended up replacing the coping, but not because of that it was replaced because the top of the pavers started peeling. When they redid it, they still installed pieces with the cut edges facing outward again. We later learned from another pool company that this is not how it should be done, the edges are supposed to be smooth and properly finished, not left rough and exposed. When they reinstalled the coping, they were cutting it right next to the pool, and all of the debris went directly into the pool. On top of that, the hot tub was installed too low and had to be raised. The biggest problem has been the spray deck. The very first time the coating started peeling, they attempted to patch it, but the color didn't match, so they recoated the entire deck. After that, it began peeling and lifting in multiple areas, and it continues to get worse. This is not a small cosmetic issue. The damage has continued to spread, and more areas are lifting over time. At first, we were blamed for the damage, which didn't make sense given how widespread it was. Later, the project manager acknowledged the issues and said they would be fixed, but that never happened. We didn't ask for anything unreasonable, we just wanted it fixed correctly. We also experienced issues with the pool and spa lights after about a year and a half. When looking into it, we discovered there were installation concerns that raised safety issues, including how the electrical components were set up. Between the decking continuing to fail, the repeated coping issues, the careless installation, and the electrical concerns, this has been extremely frustrating. I originally posted a review, but it is no longer visible, so I am reposting it to share our experience. After sharing my experience, I received legal correspondence regarding my review and had to seek advice on how to respond. I am simply sharing my honest experience as a customer. I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing this company. All we wanted was for them to stand behind their work and make it right.

I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.
