This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company.

Rodney Walker and his crew came out the next day and removed the tree and stump. They were remarkable, professional and compassionate. When they were done cleaning up you couldn't tell there had been limbs and leaves anywhere. I can not give them enough praise for all they did for me!
