They have a hi tech colour matching machine in their well stocked and interesting store. In addition the guys there are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - just the sort of staff an inexperienced decorator like me needs. They have also provided me with excellent after sales help for which I am grateful. I'd like to commend Gary for his good and readily-offered assistance but without knowing their names others in the shop were just as professional and kind too. Having taken on the task of fitting my own kitchen last year there were certain jobs in the process I didn't want to risk doing myself, one of these was taking a saw to my expensive oak worktops. So I found Mr. Mitre online and dropped him an email with lots of questions that were answered promptly and clearly. The pricing structure is clearly laid out on the website and a very reasonable price was paid for a fast, efficient job with minimal mess for me to clean up afterwards due to Simon's use of a dust extractor. He came all down from Milton Keynes too so if you think you're outside his area contact him to check before you dismiss the idea. I was very pleased with the finished work, they were friendly, professional and most importantly in and out in no time.
