Spoke with Melissa and explained that we had some loose wall tiles along the shower surround and we wanted to repair the issue. We were given a couple options depending on finding the cause of the loose tiles which included either replacing the tiles or replacing the tiles and the backing if damaged. We provided the supplies for this job, so we were prepared for the worse case in needing to replace the backing. The job was completed in the amount of time as estimated and it looks like the original. Only reason not providing five starts is because of some miscommunication / misunderstanding in the job to be completed. I was prepared to replace all tile regardless of additional work needing to be completed on the backing. So, I purchased new 12x12 tile. Well, at appointment time the technician was expecting to repair a section of tile and I didn't have any tile matching the existing. So, on the fly purchased 4x4 tile that is like the existing. Decided to replace the tile for the entire wall and it looks good. I'm a fan! and will keep House Doctors in mind for future repairs, maybe do an onsite review for any larger repairs.

Forgot to do some of the work they quoted, said they would have office contact us to set up a time to come back. After 4 days, and no call, I called and had them send a bill for what was done and had someone else do the other part that was quoted. Painter is here now and finding multiple other spots that need repair or replacement because he is up on a ladder looking. House Doctors was expensive and in my opinion not very thorough. Very disappointed in results.

I spent a good chunk of my life savings on this project and I'm not happy with the quality I'm left with for the price. The company owners seemed eager to take my money rather than doing a quality job. They didn't even want to do a final walk through to see what their crew had left unfinished and unclean. I had to do my own paint touch ups and used a razor blade to remove a ton of glue stuck on the bathroom vanity. I hate myself for choosing such a careless, disrespectful company.

Our chemicals & water are is great shape. Our leak is a known hot tub issue. What upsets me is fact that this leak was not any fault of ours on AND trip charge is $149 up to 20 miles and $3.0 every mile after! ( sorry but we purchased from you; if traveling is an issue then I'd say DO NOT SELL out of you area! Our trip charge was $242 + service charge 1 hour $120 and part $35... total $424.79.. that is not a price you'd think of receiving when it's under warranty! After making a few calls and explaining this, no one seems to care! With that said I wouldn't buy from them nor recommend! I bought this for health reasons; I'm in total shock And very upset! ( how can a garage door company just down street from them only charge $178 for a trip charge and not price gauge you for not having their product!!? or being out of their range for service?!)
