Thank you, fellow Yelper! As for Dryer Vent Wizard of Dayton - Ken is honest, helpful and a great resource of information. I feel like I owe him more. Ultimately, he only charged me the $49 diagnostic inspection fee and suggested I would be better off getting the work done by the person / company responsible. He showed me photos and explained the roofer who recently replaced my roof did not reinstall the vent as required. He explained it was the roofer's responsibility and why. He offered to do the work but confessed his work would void my roof warranty. Honesty! In the end, I am very appreciative of his efforts, very reasonable fee and honesty that ultimately denied him a job. I hope to throw some work his way in the future when it is needed. Until then, hopefully this and the other reviews convince fellow Yelpers Ken is a good, fair deal.

It was left on the side of a busy cloverleaf from one highway to another. After waiting 18 hours, I gave up on the insurance company's promise to tow the RV and hired someone myself. I called a company that I found with a search and they quoted my $1,850 to tow the RV. I couldn't believe them. When I hesitated, the tow company person asked me "How much do you want to spend", backing off their fools offer. I quickly realized they were A broker trying to get over on me, as if sitting next to a busy highway for 18 hours in a disabled RV didn't wear on my nerves enough. I realized I needed to talk to a locally owned company. I found On Time Towing located in the Columbus area and spoke with Kelly. She was awesome. She gave me a very fair price, had the trucks and operators that could handle winching and towing a 38,000 lb RV off a busy highway. She sent me a quote and scheduled someone to pick up the RV with an hour and a half. It takes two big trucks to load it. Kelly kept me appraised of what was happening and took it exactly where I asked. Thank you Kelly and thank you On Time Towing. Very nice, responsive, local, competitive priced towing company that handles all sizes, even on holiday weekends like they did for me.
