I sat 21 1/2 months without bond and he refused to even ask for a bond hearing. He refused me a copy of my discovery, I had to write the bar to get them to force him to turn it over. After reading it i realized they had no case against me. I was forced into a plea deal by Carter, he convinced me that my charge 16-11-37(a) carried 10 years when in fact it only carried 5 years. One of many deceptive lies told by this man. A phone call was made from the state of Tx to Tifton Ga but instead of calling thr Tifton police the person called in a favor from the corrupt Worth Co. Sheriffs office. Article1 sec2 parag3 of the Ga state constitution strictly prohibits this and anything the Worth Co sheriff claims is non admissible due to "fruits of the poisonous tree". Carter absolutely refused to even file a "motion to suppress" the illegal evidence. He is either not qualified to defend a criminal matter or he violated his oath in my case. He is a lier and a sell out, beware!
