We took our baby here for his first Christmas pictures. I made a bad choice in time, but that's…read morenot the studio/photographer's fault. I called a week ahead to book and that was easy to do over the phone. Then they call to confirm the day before the appointment. We had a short wait, as we were early, but the appointment before us didn't end up going. We were able to choose two backgrounds. We then were brought to the back. It was very warm, too much in fact. The photographer was pleasant as was the worker running the register, phone, etc. Both were young, but polite. Our little guy is usually a ham, but was unhappy due to being tired and wanting to eat. The first round of pictures went okay. She tried to get him to smile, but he wasn't having it. Pictures were nice, just different because he's not used to flash. The props were a small white rug on the "wood" floor with some ornaments, presents, and snow flakes. Our boy enjoyed knocking them down, but the photographer never got impatient or annoyed. The little guy ended the first round by crying and crawling to me. I asked about coming back to try later and the photographer told me that the next appointment was a half hour away, and offered to step out so I could feed him. That helped a bit. After the shoot the photographer showed us the pictures and helped us design our Christmas card, providing advice when needed. Picture cards arrived on time and looked great, as did the prints we ordered. We were pleasantly surprised by a couple of extra things, that I guess were printed by accident. Only issue as noted before is that the studio is way too warm.
