The lighting was nice, the window were floor to ceiling and the view was nice. Our family opted for the pasta bar and the food was also good! It came with caesars salad, delicous chicken and the pasta had a red and white sauce option, both were delicious. Their team was on top of it, keeping everything clean, organized and filled. I have to admit there were some glitches with the audio video system which caused quite a bit of disruption - it would be nice if they had someone trained to help trouble shoot at the event so the attendees didn't have to spend time working on it. There were 2 beautiful screens on the 2 sides of the room and in the center was a jumbo screen, one of the biggest I've seen in an events space, it was impressive. I've done quite a bit of events and hope their "plug and play" is fixed and their team is trained to handle trouble shooting during the event. The mic also didn't work - and everything worked the night before so just a heads up that we did enjoy this venue but this one matter caused a bit of chaos. Other then that, the team was on top of it. They were very friendly. Restrooms were clean. Parking was easy. The venue is located on the backside of the hotel with plenty of parking.

She was recommended to me by the manager or the banquet I had my event at. She came highly recommended by the owner and manager m. I hired her for my daughter's sweet 16 in November 2025. The initial meeting with her was great , sent over all my inspiration pics and ideas with my vision for my event . At Our 1st meeting she brought a fresh floral arrangement to show what my centerpieces would look like. The arrangement was beautiful but the colors were bright , I let her know at that moment that I need the colors to be soft pink tones since the colors on the arrangement she brought didn't match my color scheme . She showed us a book of different linens she supplies and picked the colors of linens that day. Went over as much detail as we possibly could and everything was good . I sent the deposit and after that it just seemed like communication with her went missing. Getting in contact with her is hard she lacks communication and when you finally get a hold of her she sounds annoyed that her paying customers are asking her questions. We communicated a few times over the phone to make sure we were all on the same page with the decor and everything looked good. The night before my event she calls me close to 9pm to let me know that the linens didn't look right with the rest of the decor. I drive down to the venue to see if she had any other linens we can pick from but sadly NO . She pulls out the venues basic linens and tells me that she doesn't do specialty linens but I remember she showed me a book of different linens from our 1st meeting. At this point she has the tables set up and I also notice that she has these cheap plastic charger plates for my event. I let her know that this was not what I had asked her for. I spent thousands of dollars on my event and my expectations were high and I was completely let down. At this point it's the night before my event and I didn't have time to find anyone else to help me find the linens I wanted and get the glass charger plates I was expecting so I just had to go with it. I asked to her to please do whatever she could to get other linens and get me the charger plates I was expecting but I knew she wasn't going to do anything. The day of my event we walk in to the venue for the 1st look and I immediately see that the flower colors to my centerpieces were all wrong . They were all bright ass coral pink flowers all around , the charger plates were still cheap plastic chargers I was so disappointed . I spoke with Leah a few days after my event and let her know that floral colors were wrong and asked for a refund on the linens and charger plates she charged me for and asked for a partial refund on the flowers to which she said she'd go over and email me with a quote of refund she thought would be appropriate. I let her know that I was disappointed with her and she took no accountability for her mistakes and she didn't apologize either. My event was 11/2/25 it is now 5/9/26 and I have yet to hear from her. I've called her multiple times , left her messages and she has not returned a single call . Please save yourself the headache and book with someone else for any events you have planned.

Better Beats Entertainment provided the music agenda for my friends' backyard wedding this weekend. The line up was catered to the couple's favorite music. I learned the best way for Matthew to organize the interests of an event is by completing a form online. With that he'll be able to plan accordingly. Matthew's performance was outstanding. In my opinion, he'd make a great event host as well. He did all the announcements from introducing the wedding party at the beginning of the ceremony, throughout the evening until dancing ended at 9pm. During the reception, he had everyone participate in a dollar game. That was fun and totally interactive; awesome idea for a table ice breaker if you didn't know everyone you're seated with. Music was played continuously, a great variety, and appropriate. He also took song requests. Matthew helped make the couple's wedding day a tremendous excitement. At this event, he was a one man success.

I am completely satisfied with Adam and the work that he did before and during the wedding…read more Weddings are stressful. My wife and I got a late start. We contact Adam about 2 months before. I love to buy but hate to be sold. He made hassle free suggestions that added a lot of value. During the wedding he was well prepared and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Right before the event he made another suggestion, which was inexpensive, and really made the room look better. He played fantastic music and everyone enjoyed the experience. He set up the field way in advance. He got the kids into multiple teams, explained rules, and had all the gear from eye protection, guns, and all the barriers/obstacles he set up in the field. He played many variations of team games and at the end, the parents even got to get in some fun with the kids. Handling this many kids from 7-10 years old is no easy task and how he did it with about 16 on the field and many more waiting, showed how much patience he had with the kids. This was greatly appreciated and I can recommend him with confidence, over and over again. Wouldn't be surprised if my son wanted to do this every time we have a party now.
