The conversation then became increasingly unprofessional. While my husband started reading our card number to complete the reservation, Samantha interrupted him and asked, "Are you booking or not?" Samantha replied, "You don't need to do anything you don't want to do." My husband made a frustrated remark that included one profanity, but it was not directed at Samantha personally. She immediately refused to complete our reservation, stating that we had cursed at her.
