I went back on Friday and clothes were 1/2 off and shoes were .99. It is downtown with lots of other shops and restaurants. They had a large selection of teen jeans that were new with tags. Initially, I asked her if she happens to know where I could find a remote control. I wanted to see if one fit into a small item I was considering purchasing. Without even asking me why I was making such a request she said..."If their is no remote control with your item then it does not have one." This is not at all what I was asking and felt that any clerk should have replied..."well sir what do you need one for?" In which case I would have explained. Then, at check I asked about a customary discount I always get their she said flippantly, "Oh well, I can't possibly give you any discount after I processed a transaction." I found her attitude to be less than professional and certainly not customer caring. That said she stood out to me from a of the other wonderful staff I have encountered their regularly.
