This merchant delivered damaged -- and I mean DAMAGED -- goods to my home and has done nothing to provide customer service to remedy the situation. As many other reviewers on the Internet have stated, this merchant's attitude is "you signed for it; it's yours." The delivery slip states "received in apparent good condition," yet there is no way to know until the box is opened. I purchased an $800 stainless steel patio refrigerator and the entire upper back right-hand corner was smashed (no exaggeration). After completely unboxing the item, even the bottom frame and interior light button were bent. This refrigerator had been dropped. Due to the merchant's adamant unwillingness to make good, it is my opinion that they shipped it this way and were glad to unload it -- which is why they have done NOTHING to remedy the situation. After unsuccessfully trying to get satisfaction from the merchant, I opened a dispute with American Express, which is usually very helpful. Because both the merchant and I are customers, AmEx would not help because they viewed my dispute as a conflict of interest for them. I then pursued resolution with the State of Pennsylvania (where the merchant is located). After wasting my time for 7 months shuffling paperwork back-and-forth, the State of PA informed me that they have no other complaints on record about this merchant, and my complaint isn't enough to pursue legal action for the merchant's deceptive business practices (so much for the Bureau of Consumer Protection!!). Everyone who has had a horrible experience with this merchant: RAC Enterprise, aka AimToFind.com, needs to submit a written complaint to Joseph Goldberg, Director of The Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, Strawberry Square, 14th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120. While complaining online at sites like Yelp helps to alert other potential buyers, it does nothing to enforce fair consumer practices by merchants like this one. Most of the positive reviews you'll read about this merchant is for their pricing. Most of the negative reviews you'll read about this merchant is about their business practices.
