They recently installed a Redbox kiosk out front and have a Hardee's restaurant inside. There are a few tables inside as well if you choose to dine in. As I said, the store is older and it does show. It's also not the cleanest location that I've ever been to. The drink and coffee area is frequently in some type of disarry, but at 79 cents for a Polar Pop, I generally over look the chaos. The cashiers are friendly for the most part and the line moves quickly even when they're slammed.

What really makes this spot shine is that there's also a hotel in the same parking lot. If you're here for business or traveling, you can eat, drink, fuel up, and survive entirely within walking distance--no cab, no rental car, no stress. That's elite convenience. Inside, it's standard Wawa fare--nothing surprising, nothing disappointing. Same familiar layout, clean, efficient, and exactly what you expect. Bottom line: this Wawa wins on size, location, and surrounding amenities. It may not reinvent the wheel inside, but as a strategic stop? Absolutely solid.

I stopped in to fuel up the F-150 and the fuel island shows off the pride the ownership has for this business everything was clean and well maintained. I love that the pumps run parallel to the store front and the bonus is that they sell diesel - I'm thinking this is the perfect set-up to fuel the MotorCoach, the property is somewhat limiting but the turnout is more than sufficient to accommodate the bus (still haven't named her yet). The fuel prices are competitive and by the flow of customers in and out during my brief visit I know there's something special about this place. It appears to be the perfect location for most of the patrons to grab that 12 pack and a pack of smokes and maybe some lottery tickets and of course a few bucks of gas. Based on the outward appearance and the easy access and exit onto Route 44 this may be a place I frequent, after all I always go for personality over the popularity of the brands where no body knows your name...

The design your own salad had plenty of toppings - everything was fresh and delicious- even the grilled chicken on top. Each lane has three pumps and when you're several cars back you may miss when the driver at the first or middle pumps drive off -- having the red/green pump indicator was a great idea. Even when the line is long, the wait isn't usually bad due to having the 3-in-a-row pumps versus other locations that have only 2-in-a-row. All of the stations have long connectors so you don't have to fret as to whether or not you're in a lane that matches the side that your tank is on. However, old habits die hard and I still prefer to wait in a lane that matches...even if the line is a little longer.

The thing that I love most about this gas station is the usage of red and green lights for pumps that are available and taken. When there are long lines waiting to fill up your tank, these come in handy to know when a spot opens up for you. There have been a few times where the gas pump wasn't working properly and kept stopping, and the staff was very quick and attentive to come over and help me out with it. I've never had issues at this location and I'll continue getting my gas there!
