The purported vacation was to your choice of either Cancun or Puerto Vallarta and excluded airfare and tax. We loved the house and after we closed, I allowed approx 3 weeks to pass to give Ron time to get us information on how to redeem this vacation. During this time I was also waiting for him to come retrieve his "for sale" sign (he'd also never put a "sold" sign on it). After this time had gone by and I still hadn't heard from him, and with a "for sale" sign still in the yard of our new home, I sent an email to Ron McIntyre requesting information on the trip and asking him to come get his sign. I never heard back. That was 3 months ago. The sign was finally removed when I got in touch with our agent. It doesn't strike me as very professional to advertise something and then not only fail to deliver, but to never even have the courtesy of replying to an email.
