I first discovered them back in September of 2018 and their service and efficiency was the best I had ever experienced. After my first experience with, Jessica Rossi and the rest of the Shaheen Law team, I gave them all my other deals. I was so glad I did on my latest deal! I was buying 7 duplexes. They had to all close at the same time or the deal would not close. The lender I chose for these 7 deals, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jessica Rossi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was like a battle of good and evil. The Lender dragged it out for 6 months! They kept finding ways not to fund. meanwhile; Jessica looked for ways to reduce my cost by getting me a better price from within and from other vendors in appreciation of my business. Jessica assisted the lender where ever she could. The second she needed anything from me, she would ask for it. The second I asked for a document or an explanation from her, she would email it to me. When finally, the lender was ready to "Clear to Close" the loan, Jessica worked non stop for 2 days helping the lender get the figures correct. The first day, right after Jessica assisted the lender to get all 7 of the figures correct, the lender delayed for another day causing the figures to change. The second day Jessica took the lender by the hand once again and helped them get the figures correct once again. They were both full days and Jessica was on it! It was typical for the lender to delay and it was typical for Jessica to fight for me, Her customer. I was so nervous because the lender was so awful and I had worked for 6 months trying to close this deal. I was so relieved when Jessica was in complete control of my closing and the lender's hands were finally off my files. Once she was, my 7 deals closed like clockwork. She arranged the notary that I wanted and the time and place. She got me all the copies I needed and asked for. She emailed me copies and offered to send hard copies of all the documents right to my front door. She arranged for me to get all 14 keys from the Selling side. She made sure I got the list of contact info for all 14 tenants at these 7 duplexes. Jessica left no stone unturned and delivered the absolute BEST service possible. I wouldn't recommend this office to an enemy. I was originally quoted about a month out for an…read moreinitial consult with Christy Wood for Tuesday, January 8th at 1pm. On January 8th at around noon I was contacted by Diane in their office that there had been an emergency and could I come at 2pm on Friday, January 11th. No problem. I called to confirm earlier today since they did not and was told she was in court but would be back for our meeting. I arrived at 2:02 after wandering around for a minute to find their upstairs suite. I was handed some in-depth paperwork to fill out which could've been sent to me and done beforehand like employer address, driver's license and husbands personal info. Annoying. But whatever. I finished and handed it back at 2:05. I had heard the receptionist inform her I was there but "had to fill out paperwork". At 2:17 I asked what was going on. At 2:22 I said I was annoyed and she walked back to check. I informed the receptionist I was annoyed and she said she was talking to her paralegal as she'd been in court all day and just got back. At 2:28 Christy opened the door and said I looked upset. I said yes, I had a few questions to ask her before we got started and she said I could go ahead and ask them. So I asked her if it was standard practice to keep her clients with appointments (that had already been resked by the way) waiting a half an hour, if she was under the impression by what her receptionist had said that I wasn't ready for our meeting and she had a bunch of time, or was what she was discussing with her paralegal something she could have possibly done after our scheduled meeting as my time is also valuable and I had left work early for this? She looked me up and down and said, "I'm going to go ahead and decline representation at this time for both of us." In a snide way. Like how dare I. So rather than answer my questions, apologize for keeping me waiting, or address that she had wasted my time. She chose to do that. I said I thought that was best as well since I didn't like how it was starting off either. And she wished me a good day in a pretty snide tone, and I replied in kind and walked out. I went back in to collect my paperwork after walking to the parking lot with all of my personal information as I don't want them having it. I dislike when someone in a perceived position of authority does this. Wastes my time. Treats me badly. Fails to own mistakes or apologize and can't stand to be called out on it. Like how dare I. And I was going to pay her $100 to be treated like that?!? No way. I've had doctors treat me this way as well in the past and it's not good business practice. Had she apologized for the wait or tried to say yes, what she was discussing with her paralegal was time sensitive but she realized so was mine and let's get started. It could've been smoothed over. Nope. None of that happened. Absolutely unsat. Zero stars if possible. Yikes! I think I dodged a bullet!
