My fiance' and I worked with Rachel to buy our first home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was very nervous to view homes during this time but Rachel ensured we felt safe by bringing us gloves, masks, booties, and hand sanitizer to each showing. Rachel recently helped us find our dream home. She worked tirelessly for many, many months and never once disappointed us or let us down in the slightest. She showed us so many homes that my wife and I lost count. I think we had to have been the pickiest clients she ever had, but she never seemed discouraged in the least and instead just kept presenting various options. She never once pressured us or allowed us to feel bad for taking too long to decide either. In fact, she did quite the opposite and always encouraged us to take as much time as necessary to make a decision (while never letting us miss an important deadline). I was a little surprised when I found out she left the company to pursue real estate, but I knew she was very intelligent and hardworking and would be successful in whatever career she chose.
