I bought a Dunham brand which previously was owned by the excellent sport/jogging shoe company New Balance until Dunham was purchased by Rockport, a brand I have worn since the 1980s. The inventory did not have my size so I spoke to the manager, no name tag so I didn't get her name. She was able to order the shoe in my size and have it shipped to the store.
