They had the bike for two months while I'm calling them weekly about fixing the bike. I am sorry that I did not get your name, if you are reading this. But I hope what I've written makes up for this. There was a constant clear effort and persistence to work with me even though I came into the store later at around 5:20 looking for walking shoes. Even when I was slower to get what kind of shoes I needed, they still walked me through it. They were extremely knowledgeable about shoes to the point where they knew the brand I had (even though it's not commonly used). They had shown upmost patience when I was not sure about the shoes they had shown me. They showed care when they chose to ask what socks I preferred. They also showed how invested they were in the store by asking questions about how I located this store to begin with. Their commitment, expertise, consideration, and drive are not only qualities I believe should be acknowledged but appreciated.
