The web order for a Head racket was sent to the wrong address 888 S. Douglas #101 in Coral Gables. I alerted them within 30 seconds after the order was placed that the address was incorrect. They did nothing to stop the shipment. The next day I got a message that the racket had been shipped. I now have no racket and cannot get a refund since I can't return the racket. Order number 60132658US. They need to kick up their online game. This is unacceptable. read more

The string on my badminton racquet was broken, and the grip needed replacement. Sportschek was far too busy and would take until the next business day to mend my racquet, so I decided to go to RacquetGuys to get my racquet fixed as they could do that within the day. The associate who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. He told me about the various strings that would be beneficial for different performances, and also the various grips that would be suited to my liking. After selecting the strings and grip, he went to work on the machine to restring my racquet. It was really fascinating to watch him weave the strings so fast and efficiently. Unfortunately the string broke again after I played with the racquet for an evening. I took the racquet back to the store, and they were more than happy to help me redo the string, and also they redid the grip because it was not taped as securely as I would like it to be. Their service was really quite wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend them to racquet sports players as they really went out of their way to help me at least. read more

This is the pro shop in the Scarborough Winter Tennis club and they also have an on-line business. I bought a high end tennis racquet for my young son at this store and after two months the frame broke during a match. They told me the manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty because of light scratches on the frame. It is strange that this racquet broke, since he had played with an identical one that we bought elsewhere for over a year with no problem . The salesperson offered us a small store credit and then a few weeks later he emailed saying the owner had personally insisted he void the credit. Wow. I wouldn't buy here again. read more

I bought some shoes online, the fit wasn't right so I returned them. A few weeks later I emailed to ask where my refund was, and they told me they had not received the shoes. I found the tracking number and verified that they indeed HAD received them... 8 days earlier! Only when I confronted them with this information did they refund my order. So shady. read more

I've bought a countless amount of racquets from Racquet Guys, formerly RCS, and I have never had an issue with any of them. I often go to their store to buy tennis supplies such as overgrips, reels of string, etc. They have an excellent selection of tennis equipment, as well as badminton and squash.Their stringers are knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way they can. I've also bought two stringing machines from them, a Gamma-X ELS and a Gamma 8800 ELS, both of which work without any problems. As a junior, I often bring my racquets to them to string before a tournament when I don't have time to string them myself, and I always get a consistent result. Absolutely great! read more
