The atmosphere is deeply spiritual; the priests perform the rituals wonderfully, and hearing the chanting of the Vedic mantras adds a powerful, divine energy to the space. It's a SMALLER Hindu Temple with beautiful architecture, do don't expect it to a big temple that you will spend a few any hours there 1 hour is definitely enough for you to walk around and check them out. You have to take off your shoes upon entering the outdoor Temple. The last time I went, there was no fee to enter and no parking fee to the temple. (I read recent visitors got charged and a $10 parking fee so call them first to find out). The temple could also be close for a special events, so do plan ahead accordingly. Take the 10 West all the way down. It's about 25 miles out from the beginning of PCH on the 10 W.

Visitors should remove their shoes where required and respectfully follow the guidelines regarding silence and photography. The entire complex is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff and volunteers are courteous, welcoming and always available to answer questions about the Mandir, Hindu traditions or visitor etiquette. Shayona is also worth visiting before leaving. Very upbeat. It matched the light show perfectly! Had a blast watching the lights and music blended well together. It was a very fun experience. The temple is founded by HSH Paramahansa Nithyananda, and he personally inaugurated the temple so the energy and space is very very healing and calming. The temple rituals are awesome, I recommend visiting on Saturday morning to watch Venketeshwara being bathed. The temple offers many programs including daily teachings and courses online. Free Yoga is available. Free very tasty food is available. Nithyanandas teachings about enlightenment are the extraordinarily powerful, and life changing.

I'm an artist who's always looking for interesting creations from folks of all spectrums of belief, and I had been meaning to stop by for years! When I finally did, I wasn't disappointed. The entrance was a bit hidden, but once I found it a very kind man who was running the attraction kindly led me through. The dioramas are beautiful, transportive, unique works of art that are incredibly detailed, with charmingly vintage voice-over and audio. Each area that you are led in is different, with multiple configurations of scenes ranging from small dioramas to larger-than-life scenes with massive figures and animals. It is a very unique educational and artistic experience. The atmosphere of the temple and surrounding space was very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend checking out the dioramas here. I hope to enjoy the food at the cafe at my next visit as well.
