I typically receive acupuncture from Mayo Clinic in Arizona and Kate took the time to read the notes from my usual provider so she was well prepared for my appointment. It was a great experience. The spa is well structured for acupuncture -- heat lamps are available and they have a "panic" button you can press if you need help during your treatment. I highly recommend Kate, she's very knowledgeable and gentle. Masks are required. Tips are not accepted.

Clean, minimalist studio - TONS of extra activities if you're so inclined. I can usually get in and out of a training session in a little over an hour. After 3 months I feel fantastic!
