Took Phil just over an hour to clear the clog. He gave me the option to have him stop or continue and snake and clean out all the issues in the sewer line. Phil expressed how bad the sewer condition was in as we didn't think it was ever cleaned in the 97 years our home has been here. Decided to have him continue cleaning the line and then flush it for one final step to remove all the residue. Excellent work and would highly recommend.

I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others. I really dislike leaving negative reviews for small businesses, and I gave Pigeon Hill Electric the…read moreopportunity to resolve this directly before posting publicly. I hired them to replace the outlets and light switches throughout my home and paid a little over $650 for the work. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, every three-way switch in my house was no longer functioning properly. I contacted Pigeon Hill Electric about the issue and was told they would return to correct the work. That never happened. I have followed up multiple times and have since received no response. I also requested a partial refund given that I will now need to hire another electrician to diagnose and repair the switches, and that request has also gone unanswered. Mistakes happen, and I would not be leaving this review simply because something went wrong. My concern is the lack of follow-through after the problem was brought to their attention. I paid for electrical work to be completed correctly, was promised the problem would be fixed, and have now been left with improperly functioning switches, an additional repair expense, and no communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pigeon Hill Electric.
