I've been a patient of Radiology Regional for years. The office is always clean and the staff very friendly.

All in all things went well with CT but I felt that the building is in serious need of being rehab and felt very dirty to me. Not sure if I would return there to have another CT because I do worry about germs and the chances of getting an infection. Would recommend another Center. read more

I went to Radiology Regional for a CT Angiogram. They squeezed me in bc the test was ordered stat!! Their office was jammed with people waiting for care. Everyone there was nice, educated and very knowledgeable about everything that pertained to the test. They explained every step of the test before it began and also throughout until completed. Every certified nurse was amazing! Especially Mary!! She made me feel comfortable and treated me as if I was a family member. If I ever need another test or scan Radiology Regional is definitely where I'll go!! They truly care and they know what they're doing! Thanks Mary! read more

This company is uniquely unprofessional, inefficient and oblivious to its patient needs. From having an associate make three failed attempts to insert a IV line, to a radiology technician lecturing a patient about time when that patient's appointment was complied with. I have used this company at both locations in Naples and their incompetence is shared. There are much better alternatives in the Naples area!! read more

Absolutely THE WORSE place to get an MRI. Not only are the receptionists as well as phone schedulers unhelpful when we arrived for our ultrasound and MRI they had canceled the ultrasound (without informing us) and told us they needed more info before doing the MRI. I had scheduled the appointments TWO months prior and completed all on line check in beforehand. NO ONE ever called. They clearly didn't read a thing before we arrived nor did they apologize at any point. When I went to reschedule they told me I would have to wait another month for critical breast screening. They DO NOT CARE about you or your health needs. No Doctor should recommend this company. read more

I actually have no idea how good their radiology service is. I can't even get past their call director and scheduling employees to schedule the service. Insanely long hold times, only to have an employee answer and ask me to hold for one moment. After another eternity on hold with no signs of life on the the other end of the phone line, I have to assume they just forgot about me. This has happened twice today. Their services must be in extremely high demand at Radiology Regional if they can still fill their schedule (I have to assume they are) while providing such a horrible scheduling system. read more

After having my orders for over a week, and me sitting at there office on Goodlette-Frank for an hour they tell me they don't do this procedure. Did they not look at the referral until my appointment time was past. This is total incompetence on their part, thus us the 2nd time there was an issue with them, never again my business will go to Proscan. read more

Nothing is ever easy at this place. I made the mistake of hanging up after waiting 10 minutes to schedule an ultrasound exam because they told me that I could schedule online. After going online and recovering my password. The online system issued a message that it is "temporarily unavailable." Now back on the telephone on hold forever. I made 2pm appointment so that I would not have to wait long for plain X-ray after being told I could just walk in. They told me to arrive 15 minutes early which I did and signed in at the kiosk Which told me to have a seat. After 45 minutes I went to the desk and the woman couldn't find my name. She asked two other women who promptly checked me in. I asked how long the wait would be. She went on and on about how they only have one tech taking X-rays. no communication here!! Why did they even book me that morning if they knew there was just one X-ray tech?? I rescheduled and asked for the first appointment of the morning. She said tomorrow at 1120. I said is that the first appointment? She said oh no how about 820. They really have you because if you need an X-ray you need an X-ray!! read more

Pro's: quick scheduling (CT in one week) Result/report was complete in less than 1 hour. It appears the DO reviewer is highly rated. Easy (once you figure out the process yourself) access to your images. I added them as a "Contact" in PowerShare last night. On the phone, you need to ask them to "invite you" to PowerShare, then they will be able to "push" your images to you and it should take ~30 minutes. They should really provide a handout to patients, but I really don't think a lot of patients, especially those who do not use the World Wide Web & those who are too ill, etc. will be able to use this process. 10 locations Once you know how RR works, I think it can go more smoothly, so I will give 3*. They definitely need process improvement & should try to have more patient-centric customer service in person and on the phone. Cons: Extremely Disorganized, Unprofessional Person documenting info. prior to CT w/contrast does not know medical terminology (spelling of medical conditions), nor pre-medication information for those allergic to the contrast. This could easily cause death. Thanks to my extensive scientific and research background, I was able to help correct the form, but I don't believe (feel confident) that they would be prepared for emergencies. I cannot confirm this. I do know the paramedic was concerned about the allergy to contrast same day as scheduling, but no one discussed how they handle allergic reactions or gave info. on what to do after you leave if something happens. The woman changed to being kind after I explained how important it is to have correct documentation (explained my career background). Phone line is not good. The website they use to request images "PowerShare" shows that Radiology Regional is not part of their network. I finally got through to medical records midway through writing this review so I will added a pro re: electronic access to images. Scheduling and Medical Records phone line wait time is tremendous & it can take multiple calls as you will just get disconnected. Also, you cannot schedule CT's online. Their pre-registration portal is self-serve prior to going to appointment, so even if you've physically handed them the paper order, they've scanned it into their system, you've uploaded it, they still ask for it when you go for your appointment? The pre-registration does not work correctly when trying to upload your ID, front and back of insurance card. The waiting rooms are like a rat race (a lot of confusion with patients and workers) and there is absolutely no privacy with your name, DOB, address, doctors, payments. The receptionists at 2 Naples locations just gossip or play on their phone while patients sit in the waiting room. They are concerned about HIPAA when you ask them to send results to doctors (because that is work for them), but are not concerned about HIPAA while speaking with patients. They don't even give guidance to anyone that you need to first enter your name on a screen and reason you are there. Out of network with FL Blue. Closest in-network imaging 90 miles away (Miami area). read more

After months of waiting for my mammogram & sonogram they did not follow Md orders. I had a sonogram and mammogram ordered after pre- Cancer cells were diagnosed. All paperwork sent. I get to the office and they had me as screening not diagnostic and refused to do the sonogram that was ordered by the oncologist. Now I have to go somewhere else. I was livid how they don't follow the orders but follow protocols. Ridiculous ! Anita the manager tried to justify the protocols and apologized as I was not notified sooner. Really? You had 4 months!!! Now I have to go somewhere else. never again!! read more

I rated Radiology Regional a one-star only because I could not rate it a zero star. This is categorically the worst medical facility in the area, inspite of the fact that they have several (7, I believe) locations. I needed a very significant and important test to determine if I had a serious illness. My doctor wanted the test in August. However, the initial appointment was made for Sep, then rescheduled for October, then rescheduled for Nov, and most recently rescheduled for Dec. Each time they cancelled me a few days before the appointment. The last time, I called them back within 10 minutes and they had nothing reliable in Naples, Ft Myers, or Estero. The only thing they could give me was a Dec 2 appointment in Cape Coral (with no assurance that this would also not be canceled). Their excuses included that their equipment was broken to that the technician was not available!!! Here's another experience. The Veterans Administration today (11/13/24) wanted to schedule me for and X-Ray and an EKG related to a health claim I have initiated. The VA coordinator called RR, which is the vendor they use, three time while I waited on the line. All three times, RR disconnected the call without anyone answering. To me, this is incredible and totally unacceptable! I would recommend you do whatever is in your power to schedule your tests with other companies. read more

terrible! they took a week to submit my order to insurance, then called me the day before my cat scan telling me they still didn't have an approval back from insurance so I would have to pay out of pocket. come to find out they submitted the order that day after having it for over a week. I left them several messages asking or a call back, never received one. I had to pay $700 out of pocket for my images because they dropped the ball! awful!! read more

While the technicians are good the administration and management is ill equipped to handle calls. I have called 7 times and each time for medical records to get copy of my scan and I was on hold for over 50 minutes each time and then disconnected. I then pleaded with operator who tried to put me through to someone and guess what, same thing no one picks up. This went on for over 4 days and I've decided I will never use this location or company again. My suggestion would be to be aware the service after your scans is horrible. read more

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I have had annual screening mammograms at this facility for several years, as well as an MRI for a shoulder issue a few years ago. I found the online appointment scheduling process to be easy, and the office wait times have been less than 15-20 minutes. The front desk staff and radiologists and technicians have always been efficient and professional. Copies of my test results were sent in a timely fashion to my primary care physician and me. read more

In lieu of a review here is a copy of a letter I sent to their Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Palkovich: My wife, Eleanor, and I visited your location at 700 Goodlette-Frank Frank Rd. in Naples yesterday. My wife was having an MRI. She was told to be there 1/2 hour before the test. Upon arrival we were told that they were running late and there would be an additional hour wait or we could reschedule. We felt that this was unacceptable and that we should have been called. I asked to speak with the office manager, I believe her name is Marisol. Her attitude could have been better. She said that they see too many patients to call if there is a delay. Really? I am a retired doctor and I understand that emergencies can happen and back things up a bit. In my practice we ran on schedule, if someone had to wait 10-15 minutes that was unusual. It all boiled down to scheduling appropriately. If there was a delay, however, my staff was instructed to call the patients that would be affected and explain. That's just common courtesy. In your brochure you state "We are dedicated to providing our patients with superior care through outstanding service, leading edge technology and innovation combined with caring, compassionate attention". In our case the "outstanding service" was anything but outstanding and, at least at the management level, did not seem to be "caring." On a positive note the rest of your staff my wife dealt with were pleasant. read more
