I was traveling from St Louis on July 5th Sunday 2026 My phone stopped working 2 hours before…read moregetting into McAlister headed back to McKinney Texas My phone was black died I didn't have any way to communicate for over 2 hours I saw the T-Mobile that I have seen many times going to St Louis and back I went to the store the representative Parker immediately looked at the phone 2 minutes and said you need a new phone there's nothing we can do I was very frustrated I had two more hours to travel to McKinney Parker was ready to go to lunch and he just dissed me I'm so grateful that Will came out from the back and he assisted me and within 2 minutes he had my phone back on and working Parker was trying to get me to buy a new phone he told me because of remaining balance of $69 I couldn't upgrade I can do nothing he walked away and Will took over I think that was rude he didn't care he was trying to make a sale and he needs to do better we need better customer service these days customer service is not the same as it used to be at 72 years old I am so disappointed and I younger generations and some of them not all of them but Parker did not even try to assist me and I was very disappointed but thanks to Will again he made my day better and I was able to make it all the way home with a phone and to use a working phone to use and it didn't take long at all for him to assist me and he was willing to assist me Parker show little interest until a white couple came in and he came from the back from eating his lunch to assist them with the smile on his face and he was ready to assist them Yes I'm African American 72-year-old lady and I was very very disappointed in him
