And also when I called he was directly available and friendly and knowledgeable. We moved into a new apartment with old busted up phone wires, and Pierre came the next day and solved the whole thing and was friendly and great. Highly recommended. No bureacracy, no 'hold music', none of that crap. Just direct contact with an knowledgeable person.

When I called the number on the van to express my concern about this driving, the person driving the van (I assume Pierre?) answered himself--he unleashed a torrent of obscenities at me while significantly slurring his words and then hung up on me before I could even respond. I strongly caution anyone who is interested in using this company, as the person representing it seems to be dangerously unstable. If they act and speak this way while overtly representing their company, just imagine what he might do in your home or business while nobody is looking!

Recently had my laptop quickly and perfectly fixed…read more I have been living in France, after four stores and 6 weeks, no-one could fix my computer at a decent quoted price or time frame. Last week I got back to Australia, took my laptop into their store, got it back today all fresh and working fine, plus it was less than a third of what the stores in France offered.
