Today my 5 year old son was seen at Radys. We arrived 10 min before opening and they were getting the few of us that were there checked in. My son was in excruciating pain due to an ear infection. Every single employee was kind, efficient and helpful with his pain. We were in and out within 25 min. The entire staff came quick to his rescue. Today was my fourth or fifth time coming in the past year. Every time, they triage my little guy quickly. The staff is always kind and the doctors have been great! Being one of the only pediatric specific Urgent Cares in the area, I expect a bit of a wait but it is well worth it. The good parts first: There was barely a wait and everyone seemed very nice. The nurse seemed to genuinely care and tried her best. Now the not so good parts: They don't have an X-ray machine so if pneumonia is suspected, they will send you somewhere else. We were instructed to go to emergency room but while one nurse was trying to arrange that the other one administered medication that had been cancelled meanwhile by the other nurse. The discussion about that happened in front of us, not great communication and potential for wrong medication to be administered and then charged also. Was told they would give a heads up to emergency room downtown so we wouldn't have to wait so long. Still had to wait fairly long and then got charged emergency room fee twice! This was adjusted after some phone calls but the failure of communication and subsequent wrong administration of pharma products was rather concerning. Would definitely try to go somewhere else. read more

Not enough providers at this location also, I've now been rescheduled several times day of appointment without any notice and no follow up. Appointments are available even remotely close to timeframe. First appointment that was canceled was an eye doctor appointment for my son who is blind and they made me wait eight months to see the doctor canceled the day of the appointment and told me they couldn't get me in for another six months. Now my son needed to see a child specialist for a broken bone. This was supposed to be his follow up appointment to clear him for school and soccer tryouts as well as PE and Dr called in the day of again and there's no follow up appointments unless I want to drive all the way to San Diego. read more

Had fantastic care here. Easy to park and on the 1st floor so easy to get to also. Very nice staff. Didn't wait for too long the 2 times we have been. Nothing good about getting a cast and having the Dr. try to bend your arm physically while casting but that is their job. Beware when you go to this location. Be sure that they can actually help you BEFORE you register. Our daughter unfortunately needed stitches, a service this location does not provide. They registered us, then told us to go to the ER. For this we were billed $309 by this urgent care in addition to a separate, hefty bill from the ER. When questioned, Randy's response is best summed up as "pay up. Not our fault you allowed us to register your child before we told you we could not provide the services you needed at the urgent care location." read more

Just came from a pediatrician visit here. We are a new patient and had a recent neck pain issue without any fever or chills or other symptoms. So today, rather than examining our daughter for a new patient visit, as in examining her whole body for an exam to establish with this location, they only examined her neck and scheduled an X-ray and said we need to reschedule for another visit to have the rest of her body examined. My thoughts are that this is highly inefficient. To go back to the urgent care location again to a waiting rom full of sick looking kiddos and to now be re-examined. A competent physician can examine the body very quickly. Waste of time and medical resources. read more

developmental services here is completely incompetent. Cancelled my son's appt without any notification - no email, message, call. I showed up and they said therapist had last minute meeting, sorry I wasn't notified....but didn't seem that sorry. Their scheduler is incredibly rude, when I complained on the phone to her later in the day about the cancellation she hung up on me and cancelled all of my upcoming sessions. Never again! The doctor Sara S Campbell had a preconceived notion from the moment she walked through the door. She asked about my little ones recent medical history and symptoms with how long they lasted...this is when the problem occurred. I informed her that I went across the way to the CPCMG sandford located directly across the way and the NP didn't want to treat him for the congestion and that it had just progressively has gotten worse. She seemed to be offended when she shouldn't have I wasn't speaking ill against anyone just stating facts. She asked what date, I told her I didnt know but its in the chart and she should be able to see it if she looked in the computer as the notes were visible in mychart when I had last looked. She didn't want to of course acted as if she looked and said she saw a cancelled appointment. I mentioned that I came I met the NP outside and they did cancel the in person appointment for the clinic that day but met me outside in the parking lot to test for covid, although he had been tested already. She mentioned I'm not sure where this is coming from (completely left field). Im a straightforward factual person I wasnt rude to her and she proceeded to argue witn me as if i were making the visit up. I didnt appreciate it, and I voiced to her that I didnt. She wanted to "start over" but She proceeded with a half ass check up of my son (you know how people act when they really dont want to so anything so they have a problem the entire time?..yeah this was her) I felt uncomfortable with how she was moving with my kid & she stated that there nothing was wrong with him. Her manner was completely tacky and he didn't deserve that. I grabbed my kid & immediately left, she had the audacity to ask why when she knew why, her horrible bedside manner of course. My kid is still running a high fever today and has went through a brand new box of medicine I purchased over the counter after I left because she didn't want to prescribe anything although I told her, the RN, and the pct that he vomits the liquid version. Long story short she flat out lied in the medical chart and stated that I refused to tell her anything and told her to "look it up" in the computer which was a half ass truth. Then stated I left when she mentioned they could do more...she never said this she mentioned there wasn't anything they could do. I mentioned that I woyld feel more comfortable with someone else examining him & all she could think to talk about was one symptom she wouldn't even treat. Of course I left because of her horrible bedside manner. 1.) I questioned her attempts to prescribe tamiflu without completing a flu test. 2.) She stated my sons throat was red but never mentioned a strep test. 3.) My sons eyes were visibly discharging and she refuted this in one section of her notes and said there was none when his eyes are visibly crusted(I was given towels to clean it up and given a wet towel to place on his head from the sink in the exam room. Btw the PCT & the RN saw the discharge and proceeded to tell me pink eye and other things were going around. So I guess I was just at the Urgent care for no reason although my son had a 105 fever with all of the aforementioned symptoms..Go figure. She then proceed to say in the notes that there were other things that could be done before I left...absolutely false & fake news. Her horrible bedside manner missed the mark turns out my kid does have ear infection clearly Waste of time, zero professionalism, and a liar on a legal document!!! I will be switching over to Graybill. Btw Sanford does have access to records, and if you look them up it is definitely part of CPCMG in some form. When I called to make the appointment directly across from the urgent care prior to my sons visit they could look up everything on mychart and send testing ect. When you google it it says CPCMG Sanford so I cant explain why this Dr felt offended. Btw CPCMG responds to the Sanford reviews. Hilarious!!! She wrote all of the nonsense in my sons chart about me so you know shes pressed, and a bad attempt at a cover up. Go where there are honest people, not here! Nice try btw it took her a few hours to create a narrative in MyChart lol. read more

UPDATE : within 12 hours the next day I took my child to the emergency room and they found out she had pneumonia ! The whole time the front receptionist thought it was funny when I was there not to mention when my child was taken back she had a fever of 103.8. Thanks for checking her temp. Definitely needs to be replaced since it wasn't a big deal to her. Receptionist is a joke. I asked if there was someone available to take my two year olds temp after waiting what seemed like forever. I was referred to this location for pregnancy ultrasounds. Receptionists were not friendly. The waiting room was small and it can get crowded fast. Wait times we're long, 30 minutes or more. Once I waited almost an hour to be seen. I saw the physicians briefly and the experiences were average-below average. The technicians were a little better except for one who always seemed like she was in a rush. If you get referred here for ultrasounds, go to another location even if the drive is a little longer. read more

I am sad to see all of the horrible reviews on here. Our normal pediatricians office was closed last night so we went to this location for a very sad and grumpy 10 month old. Here's everything they did right. 1) I called about 10 minutes before my mom got there (I was meeting her there) to ensure she had the ability to authorize treatment. They said they didn't see that but if I fax over a note, it wouldn't be a problem. Kudos #1 - they answered the phone. They actually looked at my sons records and they helped me over the phone. Thank you! 2) I got there after my mom. I gave them my name and the receptionist let me in and showed me to their room right away. Kudos #2 - great customer service. 3) When I went into the room - and before the doc was in there, the RN was kindly suctioning out my 10 month old's stuffy nose. Kudos #3 - they were proactive. 4) The nurses were so helpful and explained everything. Very kind to us and our son. Kudos #4 - they cared. 5) The doctor was matter of fact but honestly, I don't need to be their best friend. I need a doctor that knows how to help my son. That's what we got here. 6) I was in and out within record time and home before the pharmacy closed to pick up my son's Prescription. 7) I see that some people complain about the cost - citing $600 for the bill. The bill may be $600 (guess it depends on your insurance) but isn't your child worth it to help them feel better? If you don't want good care or your child treated by a Pediatrician, there are lots of other places that may better suit your family. However, for my family, this was a great place and they did exactly what I would have wanted them too. Thank you Rady's! read more

Super appreciative to have a children's urgent care so close to where we live with "off peak" hours. Got there at opening time and we were greeted and seen appropriately. The receptionist and nurses were great. The doctor was not. Dr. Kearney. She was so cold. I think it should be a pre requisite to have some joy in your voice if you are working at a children's facility. There was none. Not a grain of sincerity when she left the room and said "hope he feels better" without making eye contact and as she was opening the door and changing her gloves. My baby is only 5 months so he could care less but I could imagine a 3 or 4 year old being terrified by this lack of bedside manner. read more

Consistently disappointed in the lack of care given here. Tonight was the final straw, I won't go back. They are a turn em and burn em Urgent Care. The doctor rushes the appts and 3/4 times with them it's been a misdiagnosis. My daughter came in with a very severe allergy to something- swollen, red, etc. The nurses were so worried when they saw her they took her pulse immediately. I get maybe 2-3 mins with the doctor- he checks ears and throat and tells me "it's an upper respiratory viral illness let it run its course." I questioned him on how that could be allergy related since she has no other cold symptoms. He had no real answer and just kept saying it has to run its course. I told him that answer didn't sit well with me and that clearly he could see she was crawling in her own skin. He actually told me "Mam, we will agree to disagree, medicine won't help her only time" I was appalled! I walked out of the appt and went straight to ER knowing something wasn't right with her. Sure enough, she likely ingested something and in fact it was an allergy. They gave her a steroid on the spot and an Rx similar to Benadryl but stronger. The doctor said that the allergic reaction based on the symptoms she had, was nothing like that of a virus. He said virus reactions aren't painful, like my daughter kept saying her eyes and nose hurt. Sure enough she is now calm, home in bed and the swelling has already improved. But according to the UC doctor, it wasn't an allergic reaction right?!?!! Do not go to this facility. They don't care about the true health of your child, they just want you in and out to say they "treated you." Dr Thomas B was the doctor tonight and he was terrible. read more

This urgent care center just opened, dont know exactly when but the staff is great! They really help you out and make you feel welcome, my kids loved it and of course got spoild with stickers and lollipops! (which made them forget why they were in urgent care in the first place lol) anyways the facility is really clean and its in a great place with lots of parking! best belive i was a happy momma! read more

Very satisfied with the prompt service and attention. My daughter was sick with a high fever and I decided it was time to take her in. I got there at 3:30pm since they open at 4pm. Filled out the paperwork, got it done before 4 and at 4:02 I was in speaking to a nurse. Then the doctor followed 5 mins later and I was out the door with my prescription in hand by 4:20pm. Super fast service but not too fast that you feel rushed. I do recommend anytime. read more

We were turned away and asked to go home with a child having a fever of 103 because nothing alarming clicked on Bellamo's boxes. The guy should be fired off his job for being so callous and dismissive with zero empathy to children. He was in a rush to get done at 10 pm and did not bother reading any chart and was unaware of the meds given to my child at, wait for it, his facility. They always say the first voice you hear on the phone will tell you how the place and staff are. I got in contact with them because they NEVER call me about my appointment. They noted that they call me on the 12th and left a voicemail. Come to find I have a appointment in the morning. I get here 15 minutes before my appointment time.
