If I could rate just the therapist who I saw, I would rate 5 out of 5 stars. I am giving the rating of 2 because of Brian Radzom's billing policy. I had a card on file from when I made my first appointment. At 1 AM, their system billed my card and the transaction declined. The following morning, Brian Radzom emailed me stating that all of my future appointments had been cancelled due to non-payment. A normal billing policy in my experience has been to AT LEAST call the patient and ask for a secondary form of payment. It definitely gives the impression that this business is operating for the profit and not for the well-being and mental health of their patients. The counselors are fine. However, Radzom's billing practices need serious improvement. They charged my FSA card for a payment and the balance on it had recently been depleted. Exactly two minutes later they canceled my next appointment due to non-payment. They didn't even proactively call or email to ask for another form of payment -- they just abruptly and uncompassionately canceled my appointment without warning. Practices like this are what give U.S. healthcare such a bad reputation. read more

Radzom makes it rather frustrating and difficult to see a therapist. Had to download an app (maybe not but that was my understanding) to fill out paperwork. Had questions about the documents and there's no one to answer the phone. You get automated voicemail that says repeatedly, emails are the best way to communicate. Why?!!!! When I finally did get to speak to someone, she didn't understand the document I was reading to her word for word, that I was supposed to read and sign. Apparently, they don't read the documents they require clients to sign. Took time off work and showed up 10 minutes early to sign in and make sure I was good to go. There's no receptionist or a desk help in the office. Waited 15 minutes after I was scheduled to start and left. I understand and am ok with waiting my turn but it was already a cluster and I had to get back to work on time. I felt like it was all a red flag and should look elsewhere. Not looking for an apology but would rather Radzom fix their process and set up so no one else gets the disappointment I did when looking for help. :-( Had to give 1 star to post. read more

Radzom reminds me of the Chinese village doctor who had a terrific cure rate... because she carefully screened prospects and only saw patients who didn't really need her. I specifically asked to talk to someone about finding an appropriate therapist, and instead, they sent me to their website and insisted on communicating by email. They turned me down for therapy based on my self diagnosis ... are patients qualified to diagnose? And when someone finally called it was a clerk who could only say "so and so has agreed to see you (not the counselor I had chosen)", as though it was some kind of big favor. What we have here are people in the talking business who won't talk to you and people in the people business who are rude. read more

Really like Tori, but nothing else about this place. Online appointments usually don't work. It is a very frustrating place to work with, and frankly, my 11 year old could probably run the business better. read more

My counselor is great. And I find the online scheduling system to work well. I appreciate not having to call to schedule or reschedule appointments. I receive timely reminders of upcoming appointments. (I had to opt-in for those.) And you can even pay online if you wish. read more

I recently tried to call this office to make an appointment for my 14 year old daughter to be seen by a therapist in your office. I was somewhat put off by the automated system that answered my call, but chose the option to schedule an appointment online. I read through therapist profiles and chose one and was led to a calendar for an appointment. I chose the appointment on the calendar for December 14 at 6:30. My daughter and I drove to the appointment arriving early in anticipation of filling out new patient forms. We waited in the office until approximately 6:45, at which time I had to alert the therapist to our presence in the office. The therapist was very gracious and apologetic, but informed me that she wasn't even accepting new clients on Sunday night. Seems like your "online" scheduling system is not accurate, as it led me to a calendar for this therapist and offered Sunday evening appointments as an option. We were disappointed that we had come and could not be seen. She took our information and assured us that we would be contacted by someone from your office to assign my daughter a therapist and an appointment. No one has contacted me. While I take some responsibility for not understanding the "online" scheduling procedure, I understand that I was supposed to receive a confirmation email and a follow-up to confirm an appointment. All I have received is an email from 12/12/14, that states that the office received my request for an appointment. I sent them an email requesting that they destroy the forms that I filled out at the office. I have no intention of entrusting the mental well-being of my daughter to anyone associated with this office. I am a mother with a daughter in crisis, and they wasted one week of my time. I am employed by a School District and am a speech therapist myself. I will share this experience with the Social Workers and other therapists that I network with, so they will not make the mistake of referring anyone to this office. read more
