I wanted to share my experience with Raeford Fields to help other potential residents. This past weekend, our air conditioning went out in our home. We were able to call the property manger Christina Miller after closing to get maintance to help with our problem. James, came promptly after our phone call with Christina and he gave us two window air conditioning units to help cool our home down. Today, (monday) James came back as soon as they opened and fixed our problem. They have been nothing but nice, professional and helpful. Property managers are the worst managers on this planet. Nothing but problems from day 1. They did a final walk through and told me everything was good and I will get a full refund of my security deposit and they took half of it. Manager said the place looked better than when I moved it yet they still took half my deposit. They do not respond to emails or texts. They do not care about anything but money. Please please please read all the same complaints about these so called managers. Please find other places. Don't let me be the one who said I told you so. Thanks read more
