If you are a tennis fan and in Mallorca you must visit the Rafa Nadal Academy! The grounds are beautiful, everything is shinny and new. There are players everywhere and by the club house resturant there is a wonderful main court, the a ref, electronic scoreboard, and seating to watch. I didn't visit the museum because it seemed more geared towards kids, but we did grab lunch in the resturant. Upon arrival you choose between the US Open resturant or the Roland Garros restaurant. The US Open menu is a bit cheaper, lighter, and less formal and is where we ate. I had pest pasta that was homemade and wonderful. Aside from being a large portion, but my and my partners dishes were made without salt, so definitely add a little before diging in. If you are a Rafa fan or tennis fan in general come out to the Academy to soak up the atmosphere and grab a good meal. Only area of improvement i can see would be the gift shop, which was a little limited. read more

Disappointing Experience at Nadal Academy - Poor Management Despite the Prestigious Name We were genuinely excited about our stay at the Nadal Academy, having booked our experience more than three months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations due to consistently poor management and a lack of attention to guest experience. Check-In & Initial Impressions:From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly, and we did not feel welcomed. Basic information about our stay--what we were entitled to, how to access amenities, or any orientation--was never provided. For example, we had to repeatedly visit the front desk to activate our card for various services, which should have been taken care of at check-in. We also only received our welcome gift bag on the second day, and only because we overheard another guest asking for it. Lack of Communication & App Functionality:We received an email about a week before our trip advising us to download the Player 360 app to manage our schedule and access program details. Unfortunately, the app was completely useless. It never displayed any relevant information about our itinerary, forcing us to constantly ask the sports desk for updates. Even when trying to book additional lessons, we had to physically go to the front desk each time to find out if we were scheduled. No effort was made to communicate via text, call, or the app--which was supposedly designed for that purpose. Facility Access & Amenities:On the day of our departure, we had a lesson scheduled after checkout and asked if we could use the locker room facilities to shower. We were told we couldn't enter unless we reactivated our room card--yet again. There were also no towels unless specifically requested, and no soap or shampoo available in the locker room. These are very basic amenities one would expect at a facility carrying the Nadal name. Reputation vs. Reality:While traveling in other parts of Mallorca, we met several former staff members who echoed our concerns, saying they left due to the poor management and culture at the Academy. According to them, many guests share similar complaints but don't bother leaving reviews--often feeling like their feedback wouldn't make a difference. Unfortunately, it seems the Academy relies too heavily on the Nadal brand and not enough on delivering a quality, customer-centered experience. I've always admired Rafael Nadal for his excellence and integrity on the court, and I believe he is a person who values hard work and respect. That said, I sincerely hope he becomes more involved in ensuring that his Academy reflects those same values. This experience did not. read more
Had an amazing time staying here for an overnight. If it wasn't so expensive to stay in the hotel, we would have stayed longer. Since it was only one night and wasn't much more, we booked the Rafa suite which was very nice. Had a tennis session with an instructor that was great. Wish we had a full week working with her. Saw Rafa practice up close and personal. Saw his family around including Uncle Toni. Definitely would recommend coming if you are a tennis fan or want to improve your game. Top quality instructional sessions. Excellent breakfast. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had from the fresh honey dripping off the honeycomb to freshly cute avocado to top your breakfast dishes to delicious fruit and made to order omelettes. I want to go back! read more
This is tennis heaven!!! We brought our son here for training as Rafa is his favorite tennis player. No regrets!! This place is so professional in their training and facilities. Very well organized in terms of schedules, activities and coordination. Remarkable is another word. The housing facilities are also very good, similar to hotels in terms of amenities, size and offerings. Their dining room for both adults and kids is also 1st class! Very well done!! And of course, the courts. Hard and clay courts are all in very good shape. Staff are committed to making the kids feel comfortable but also keep them in line. Great experience!! read more

This place is truly heaven. The coaches are amazing and the players are really nice. I a tennis player myself love the amazing coaching and the patients that they have. I also loved how the whole camp during the summer is run and how it is so organized. I would totally recommend this place for a camp in the summer because of how much fun it is and how much you learn from it. read more
