We were helped by a very understanding Real Estate Agent who listened to us in times my wife and I feel lost or afraid. Even when it is his day off, he texted us back or even called us to make sure that we felt less stressed out, because part of his mission is to make that his customers get the best care. Unfortunately, this is not what we got from Renatta Paz, an agent from your agency, especially when we didn't get the Co-op. When we realized we didn't get the place we panicked and got frightened and disappointed as normal client would feel if they didn't get the house they worked so hard for. Who did we text? the Real Estate Agent who was helping us. We thought she cares. We realized now that she was on vacation, but why threatened us that "this is harassment, I will report you!" As new customer seeking a new place, we were shocked by this unprofessionalism. We wished she could have used kinder words to naive home buyers like us. She acted as if she didn't care unless she was earning her commission. She even attacked us that we did not get the house because we are just using our parents money, which is not true. That money is ours, our inheritance. Why even go that personal? Does she had something against us personally? This email to inform you that because of her, we left Queens, NY and found our new home. We found a Real Estate Agent that really helped his clients first. He gave his time to make sure we, the customers, are okay. Because of Renatta's personal attack on us, we left Rafael Ching and got forced to find a home somewhere else. Renatta Paz must go! She is not good for your team and we are proof she is not good for your clients. We felt pushed away by Rafael Ching Team because of her treatment. Whether we got the Co-op or not, she should have treated us with respect. How difficult is that? Renatta Paz should be terminated or at least do some professional training development. Two stars for the other part of the team. Great job especially for Jean Santos. Thank you Jean for your kindness and patience. Rafael Ching himself tried to take over after Renatta's mishap. If you are in the queens or long island area please save yourself a ton of headaches and hire Rafael Ching and his team. Rafael is professional and personable all at the same time. He got me a buyer one week after posting the listing and we closed six months later. He will do all the heavy lifting like background checks to making sure the buyer will be a good candidate, dealing with management and making arrangements with the board if you are in a coop.
