I am experiencing difficulties with Rafi's Food Hub "The Original Rafi's" related to unpaid wages. The owner's wife, Huma Rafi, verbally reprimanded me for not reporting to work as requested. She was aware that I have a three-month-old child and require childcare arrangements. However, she expected me to leave my child unattended to report to work, despite the absence of a fixed schedule. I declined, leading her to ask me to leave. She later visited my residence, requesting that I return to work. Furthermore, she contacted my babysitter to request Robert's phone number. I reported the incident to law enforcement, and she has since refused to compensate me for my services. Apparently, Rafi's Food Hub expects employees to be available at short notice without compensation. I am sharing this experience to warn others about this business. We were looking for something better than fast-food on our drive. We are so glad this place got great reviews. I had the eggplant hoagie and my husband had the gyro. Both were excellent. Our sandwiches came with a side of some of the tastiest rice I have ever had. There are a few parking spots in front but we found street parking. read more

Food was disgusting. Excessive noise and I know people that live close to them. They constantly are looking for ways to cut corners and I've heard such bad reviews from anyone who's worked here. Do not eat here. read more

Lucky for me, my wife spotted this restaurant as we were driving through Olean and thought we should give it a try. Don't let the storefront fool you. It could be easy to miss just passing through town. Phenomenal food!!! A hidden gem! The owner greeted us and suggested we try two different platters rather than the same one (gyro) we were going to get. He was very helpful. I'm happy we took his advice. Got a Gyro and Tikka chicken plate to share along with toasted pita chips and salsa (served in foam containers, but did not matter to us). All were seasoned to perfection and we were wanting more! Will be eating here again. Give it a try you won't regret it! read more

I love this place! Everything is always fresh. My go to's are the chicken souvlaki, their homemade chips & salsa and the chicken tikka wrap. The menu is all reasonably priced, the service is fast and friendly. I can't say enough about it, I'd eat here everyday if I could! read more

I had the chicken tikka wrap while my husband had the chicken souvlaki. Both were full of flavor and hearty. I love the tzatziki paired with the spicy tikka. Rafi's Food Hub has the best food in Olean, NY! They have moved to a fantastic location and their restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff are professional and the food selection includes a wide-variety of Middle-Eastern, Italian, and other delectable choices. Totally came to this spot on accident thinking it was another restaurant, but the food didn't disappoint! I ordered the Tikka platter hot, it came with a side salad, rice, chicken, and pitta bread. Rafi's Food Hub is legit, came here with friends and got a delicious bite to eat. Food was served quickly and we did not have to wait long at all.
