Even though service was challenging, they made multiple attempts at different times, on different days, and provided a detailed declaration of due diligence that was exactly what I needed for court. Their detailed report made by Donald Denny was exactly what I needed to get my case dismissed. Their communication was clear, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. Because of this situation, I have not even been able to enter my own property since purchasing it. Mr. Foster handled the service of legal documents with exceptional professionalism and care. He was both empathetic about my situation and extremely diligent in his work. He made multiple visits to the property and kept me informed throughout the process with clear, timely text updates. Each time he visited, he sent me time-stamped photos of the property and provided videos documenting the situation before, during, and after the delivery of the legal documents. This level of documentation gave me great confidence that everything was handled properly. When he served the documents, he remained calm, professional, and firm during the interaction. He also used a body camera to document the service, demonstrating a very high standard of professionalism. What impressed me most was his thoroughness. Even after personally serving the named defendant, he took the extra step of posting and mailing copies of the documents for other unknown occupants to ensure the service fully complied with court requirements. Both individuals had very erratic schedules that made them difficult to track down and we only had 2 days to serve them since the initial order was given to the sheriffs department to serve and the sheriffs department took 2 weeks but were unsuccessful. Mike met with me Wednesday evening to go over the details, he said he was confident he could get the job done and quoted me a fair price. That same evening he was already successful at serving one of the individuals and by Thursday night he was able to serve the second person in the middle of the night who was being very difficult.
