We had a great experience with Rahn Landscaping! Jason came out and gave some great ideas for our walkway and porch. Dwayne came out with is crew to do the work. They were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job! We spent $15K with Rahn Lawn but we forgot to design in a spot for the trash can. Ken said they would do it for $500 but since it was a small job, they would do it on the off season which was fine. I tried to follow up to find out when we were on the schedule - would not return calls or texts. Finally my husband got in touch and Ken responded saying they only did commercial work now - something that completely contradicts their website. Then we asked for the name of the hardscaper and Ken said he didn't have that information. Then we finally found someone who was interested in doing it but wanted the brand name and color of the stone. Again no response from Ken - bottom line if they treat their customers who spent $15k on a job and referred several clients to them, how will they treat others?!!. Your integrity and name are everything and I would suggest staying away from Rahn Lawn! You don't have the decency to call me back or finish the job you said you would. Your website doesn't say you only do commercial work!! Nor do you have the decency to give us the name of the guy who did the hardscaping. I just called the main number and left a message of what's been going on and I'm going to let the whole internet know. In addition I have a friend with a landscaping business and I'll be sure they spread the word as well!! Would have just been easier to do the job as you said you would!! Ken I don't know why you are still going on about the job and I already talked to you about it. We are not doing residential hardscaping work. And to go out there and do that job it will take over a day so it would be 1000 plus material for us not to lose money,and I'm sure you don't want to spend that kind of money on such a small job. A small company can do those jobs and be competitive we can't with all are guys and over head. Ken Jason know everything and you guys called the other week and left him a message. Everything we did for you was great work great service. If it's going to make you feel better going online and saying negative stuff that's up to you, but like I said we didn't rip you off or do poor work, we just can't do that small job . So I don't know why you would be so vindictive. Sorry for you feelings but I can't change are business plans. And I'm letting you know even if we tried to make you happy and figure out how to get it done, you wouldn't be happy with the price for such a small job. You also said you would do the job - and you cannot determine how much I'm will to spend to do the job. Basic courtesy would be to get back to a customer you $15k in business and also made several referrals to you. Pretty much a return phone call and the hardscaper guy's name would have prevented all this!! Ken We have a great reputation we did not do any work-and on stand behind it When we 1st discussed doing this job that was when all the work was going on in your house when we had all the manpower and equipment do you guys chose to put that part on hold when you guys were ready to do the job we were not able to do the job so I don't see how that justifies you bashing the company were myself but we will continue to do good work-and stand behind our work-and if it makes you feel better by writing false reviews I can't stop you Ken If you were so mad about the calls and text why not just move on . We have lived in our home for 20+ years. The common grounds in our neighborhood have been taken care of by many different landscaping companies and most have done a subpar job. But over the past two years, Rahn Lawn has been maintaining the grounds and they are doing an amazing job. The grass is always well maintained and the bushes and trees are trimmed nicely. I spend time walking the paths in my neighborhood and other neighborhoods and none are as well maintained as our neighborhood. I'm so glad that Rahn Lawn is taking care of our neighborhood. read more

I went to Dairy Queen in Harleysville and parked my car. While I was inside their crew came by with their blowers and blew all the dirt and leaves all over my brand new car. There was crap all over it! I tried to find the guy I saw in Dairy Queen (he was buying stuff and seemed to be in charge) but he was no where to be found when I came out. There is no reason to blow stuff all over the cars. You are lucky it didn't scratch or you'd be paying to fix!! read more
