We had an oil change recently as well along with some other work on a different car. The prices are always reasonable and a few months ago they went out of their way to help us find a unique part for our car. They can also provide a temporary loaner car and have been upfront every time we go to have any maintenance done. Highly recommend to anyone

We have been coming here for about 2 years and have had excellent service every time. They are efficient and have great customer service. Not only with my experience when needing repairs, but just waiting for my service to finish listening to customer interaction. We have been given upfront pricing and options to get repairs done. And listening to phone conversations while waiting, they are diligent at explaining why repairs need to get done and what repairs could be held off if $$ is an issue because the repair(s) that need to get done are high. I never heard or have experienced any high pressure sales. It's my opinion that they are looking out for the customer, their financial ability, and the service of the vehicle to give the owner the longevity of that vehicle.

My vehicle was damaged while waiting to be repaired at another transmission shop (if you can call…read moreit that) . Fox helped fix the damage, changed out some sensors and a filter or two and I'm on the road once more. The bill was much more reasonable than I had imagined. I will definitely use their services again should the need occur as well as refer Fox Transmissions to family and friends.

The secretary lasked me if it was drivable and I said no. She then asked how I would get it there. I said I was going to trailer it. Told me its ok to drop off after hours and leave the key in drop box. Later the same day I dropped my truck off there. A week later I called to inquire about the truck. The secretary said "yeah James need to talk to you." I said "ok thanks." James gets on the phone and says "yeah?" His tone frustrated. I relayed his secretary told me he wanted to talk to me. He said the battery is dead and it would take him an hour to move the truck from his parking lot which was less than 30 feet from his shop door. He also said it doesn't drive which I told the secretary on the phone during the first interaction. The secretary looked at me and with contempt said we'll I take 30 calls a day. I left it at that because I figured a secretary should at least keep record of the questions she asks and the transmission shop should be able to jump start a dead battery if needed. However they knew the truck didn't run when they told me to bring it by. It seems they should have been ready to move the truck without it driving since they knew. I went up the day I called to replace the battery so the truck would start for them. This was 11 am. Shop hours posted on door and online are til 130. When I finished replacing the battery at 1130 they had closed and locked the front and the shop garage door. James called me a day later and told me to get my truck off his lot. If he had honored his quote this review would have been the complete opposite.
