The team makes sure your car is clean and shiny. The hand washing process is decent and thorough and they are also more flexible: a few times I arrived 10-15 minutes before closing time and they always accepted me (while other places regularly refused me 20-30 minutes before closing time with creative excuses). My car is also more shiny. A tip: make it easy for them by removing all small stuff inside your car before you go there, and also take a newspaper with you or something to read while you wait. read more
